all the sudden we stop getting their service this year. When we called to follow up they told us that our contract ended. We never get any notification nor any follow up. we always paid our bills on time, we had no problem with their service. When we asked to be called by the owner he didn't, so I stopped at their office and employee was very rude , angry with hostile attitude and showed me the door!!! Soon after owner called my husband and suggested him to find another pest control service! I am speechless!

I called on Tuesday and spoke with Jill who made appointment for Pest and Moisture Inspection for Thursday. Robert came on time and checked in before exploring the underside of my house crawl space. He documented his observations and discussed my questions throughly. No termites or excessive moisture. I will use them again in a year or so for routine inspection.

We had two other contractors at the house for other projects who recommended Marks. One said they charged $25 and would come back if necessary if the pest issue wasn't resolved. So I was very surprised when I got a $250 estimate for a foundation spray that they thought was the best solution. They explained that the reason was a foundation spray was more extensive and used a much more powerful insecticide. After I hesitated, he offered to do it for $200. After the work was done, there were still ants in the kitchen two weeks later. When I called, they said that an outside spray couldn't be guaranteed because weather like rain can wash it off (though I specifically chose a day to spray when there was no rain forecast for at least a couple of days). Though after a discussion with the owner, they did offer to go back for an indoor follow up spray to take care of the ants, for which I was very appreciative.

Estimate was on par with others we received so we opted to use a local in Williamsburg pest company. Arrived at scheduled time and came back to finish as scheduled when weather caused them to cut the work day short. Owner personally came out to provide estimate and check on work being performed. For any pest control, Consider costing out not only the treatment but also the contract cost over a few years as some charge more per service but have cheaper annual contract. Others it is the opposite with cheaper annual contract but more up front cost. Thus, comparing what you will pay over 3 or 5 years is provides a better picture. Would use this company again.
