Horrible shipping and receiving! My dishwasher has been sitting at the store for two weeks waiting for an install. The first install was cancelled because the store misplaced my appliance. When I questioned the missing status, the receiving person claimed it hadn't arrived. The refrigerator came in damaged so had to be reordered (I canceled the order rather than chance another screw up.) Gladiator pieces were shipped at the same time, but took 4or5 deliveries, and one pick up to receive everything. They kept forgetting to put all the items on the truck. A riding mower was a delayed delivery and then was left in the rain and ruined the manuals. The grill was sent minus some screws to hold the back on. We have switched to Home Depot. They match prices and are on time! Update - still no dishwasher. Installer called to say they could come after July 21 - a month AFTER we ordered the appliance! I've spoken to 3 separate managers, the fourth was too busy as he was on the phone with corporate. Sad the Lowe's in San Antonio was the best!

I'm trying to get two storm doors installed. It's horrible. I paid $1000 for their installation services, paid for the doors, and even called two days ago to file a complaint that no one has ever contacted me to do the installation. They still have not contacted me. I've just been completely blown away. I have called the Lowe's number and spent 30 minutes on the phone with this woman taking down all my information. I gave her my full complaint, I gave her everything and it took forever. She said "okay mam I got your complaint and someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours". It's 48 hours and no one has even bothered to call me. I'm going to go by there and ask for a refund. It's just been unbelievable. It is so bad. I paid for material and $300 for the installation for these two storm doors. Before I could order the doors they had to come out and measured. It was the same thing. I had to pay $50 for them to come out and do this measurement and other stuff that was supposed to be deducted later. They said within two days someone will contact me about the measurements. I kid you not, no one ever did. I went to the store a week later and asked why no one contacted me. They were like "oh I think someone dropped the ball and didn't fax it over". They said we are going to fax it over right now and they promised me. It was three days later somebody finally came out and did the measurements. This whole process has been the biggest joke I have ever seen. I'm $1000 into this and still no doors. They can't even call me and set up a date to come out and install two doors.
