Description of Work: Felix was prompt, professional, and efficient as he tuned our old piano, which had been sitting for quite some time. His availability was flexible allowing us to schedule right away and he was here for the time allotted by our appointment and did not go over. This made it very convenient and easy to work with him.

 + 0 moreFelix Lanier does two separate services, one is he does an appraisal of a piano's worth and the other is he's a professional piano tuner. He does repairs and tunes them. He came out last Tuesday and he said the piano's value is $600 to $800. It needs $50 in repairs and it needs to be tuned three times before it will be in perfect pitch.
Description of Work: I'm selling my piano so I asked Felix Lanier to give an estimate on what would bring it back to being in perfect pitch and if there's anything broken with it and what is its value.
