+ -1 moreKevin's quote was comparable to a couple other quotes I had gotten but his serious focus on the job gave him the edge. He seemed to treat our home as if it was his own and he was determined to do quality work. His proposal was very thorough and he discussed it with me in detail and made some modifications I requested. His design ideas were well suited to our style of house and his knowledge of materials available was very helpful. Keven worked with me to select optimal solutions while keeping the budget reasonable. The end result was exceptional.
Description of Work: Installed french drains around about half the perimeter, removed and replaced rotted 2 ft. retaining wall and installed a packed gravel walkway along side and part of the front of the house, removed some boring shrubs and replaced with better variety foliage.
