+ -1 moreWe had a water leak behind a wall that required the plumber to cut holes in the wall and the ceiling. After moisture remediation, we contacted J. T. Askew to repair the holes in the drywall. He did a great job, and we are totally satisfied with his work and the reasonable cost. A particularly noteworthy aspect of dealing with him is that he is incredibly responsive to calls and text messages. We recommend him without reservation.

+ -1 moreMr Askew responded promptly to my request for a bid on the repairs. I needed to clear the furniture out of the repair area and Mr Askew worked his schedule to jive with my schedule for clearing the room. Mr Askew provided expert workers with solid experience to properly replace the ceiling joint under stress. Everyone was friendly and professional and they supported each other when necessary. The repairs were completed in a very timely manner and the work is excellent. I am very happy and satisfied with the result.
Description of Work: There was a serious fracture joint in the cathedral ceiling, failed rounded corners, many nail pops and bad joints over doors and windows. The stress fracture repair required cutting back the drywall on each side of the joint and the application of new drywall to properly create a 3-piece joint that required special reinforced tape on each edge. The failed rounded corners needed to be refastened and re-taped with the reinforced tape. There were easily over 100 nail pops to be fixed.
