+ -1 moreJohn apparently hired out someone to do this job who repeatedly missed appointments and charged more than the estimate. Never did complete the job, after several reminders. Very disappointed.
Description of Work: I had several small jobs. I'd used John before and was pleased.

+ -1 moreWhen we purchased our home in May, JLG was hired by the seller to make some repairs to the home. We found that almost all of the repairs were done very poorly, or not done at all. JLG installed the door between the house in the garage backwards, so that it opens over the stairs (which is against code). They installed an exterior door without leaving any keys for the lock. They failed to make a repair to the bathroom tub, even though they were paid by the seller for it. I called John to have him complete the work that he was paid for, and he made excuses for the first month or so about "waiting on parts." After that he stopped answering his phone or responding to my voice mails. This company and its owner perform sub-quality work and have serious ethical problems. I would highly recommend against doing business with JLGHandyman.
Description of Work: Addressed issues noted in a home inspection. Replaced deck boards, painted bedroom ceiling, installed rain gutters, etc.
