Very well. Termite problem identified and corrected. Took 2 visits, but ants eradicated and no return visits

Excellent. They identified my problem and where it was (apparently the builder added fill in the elevataed front entryway after the termite treatment, which led to termites) and treated. Termite free. Also, I had ants in the house and they treated for the ants and came back for a 2nd visit just to be sure they killed off the colony. No repeat visits from the ants! I would definitely use again.

The experience was fine with the exception of not being informed beforehand of a $60 charge to simply show up. The inspector was at the residence for approximately 15 minutes and found no evidence of termites which I am thankful for. Lesson learned to ask upfront about initial costs as there are plenty of companies that offer a free initial inspection.

Took two dates (second service on June 27) to rid us of ants in the kitchen. They did say this was normal, but we weren't happy about the length of time it took to get rid of all of the infestation. Whereas this may be and quot;normaland quot; to take this long, nevertheless, we were not pleased as we had to constantly clean and disinfect counters, food surfaces and wall surfaces for weeks. Both services were included for the $175.

We have used James Pest Control for 18 years and they are always polite, on time, and their service works. In extreme weather if more bugs enter the home (if it is very wet for example) they come back at no charge.

They came out, inspected, they provided a written estimate and then came out the following day to treat the infestation. They were a little late from the first time they had scheduled but when my wife called to see where/when they were going to come out, they were at our house in 30 minutes. They performed the services in a professional manner, communicated throughout the process, and did a great job. We would definitely use their services again.

James Pest Control is well-respected and very professional. We have had them out to our home on several occasions, and their servicemen are always prompt and courteous.

They do great work. They are on time and they have been able to solve all types of problems for me. I like that their spray is not harmful to children or pets.

They come every three months. Once a year they do a termite inspection. They are reliable. They spray inside the house and I don't have any bugs or termites. They are effective at what they do. Their price is reasonable.

We are under contract with them. The experience is positive. The service works well.

We've never had a problem with them, and we've been using them for quite a while, for 10-12 years. They're very nice.

Every last Friday of the month, our expterminator shows up right on time at 8:30am. He consults with us about any problems we've been having or not having, and then bases the treatment on what we've said. When we had the typical Virginia August ant invasion, he came back the day after we called, and gave us an additional service with no additional cost.

We were having armies of ants running around outside the house up and down the foundation and in the gardens abutting the house. This led to ants coming into the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and both bathrooms. The cats found it amusing but we didn't. Last year we let it go, it wasn't so bad. This year it was out of control with flying and then black ants joining the parade. I researched pest control companies, spoke to friends,and researched chemicals. I called 2 companies, both locally owned. The first could come out and give an estimate in 2 days. The second, James Pest, once they heard how desperate we were, agreed to come out later the same day-I had called first thing in the morning. I was told on the phone 2 visits was $225.The tech arrived, listened to our complaints, looked at the problem areas, discussed use of pet safe products and how to approach the problem. He treated the affected areas right then and told us he would follow up in 2 wks. The office mgr called 2 days later to schedule our 2nd visit. The tech arrived w/in 10 min of the sched time, was attentive and informative, and didn't even have to spray inside the house, only outside, on the second visit. He told us to call if any new problems cropped up. He was friendly, professional and helpful.
