+ -1 moreHe took a $2,000.00 down payment towards purchasing the windows and other materials. Then disappeared with the money. Refused to answer calls or email . Finally disconnected his cell phone which was his only business phone. We tried to track him down in Williamsburg, Va. He has moved from the address shown on many business sites including BBB.
Description of Work: Install two replacement windows.
