+ 0 moreI've had all pleasant experiences. They are reliable, accessible, and knowledgeable. I feel they give me fair prices and they have better prices than Dell. They were recommended to me by a friend.
Description of Work: I started using them this year and they have done work for me several times and I bought a computer from them. They cleaned up my computer remotely for $232. It's easy because you hook up remotely and when you come back it's complete. They have done various updates on my computer for me.

+ -1 moreHe has helped me several times. He has come to my home and he is also able to remotely solve issues. He does a real great job. I haven't had any problems since he fixed my computer. He was very professional. I've never met a guy so knowledgeable in computers. I know his prices are very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: I had some viruses on my computer so much so that the computer froze up and he was able to do the work at his own office.

Description of Work: He overhauled an aged desktop computer. He repaired the computer and was able to save some stuff because it was going bad.
