 + -1 moreWe bought the table from a custom manufacturer ten years ago. The finish was bad when it was delivered. The manufacturer took it back and refinished it. Unfortunately, much of the heavy distress marks were sanded off in the process. Over the next few years, the finish again failed and it became possible to remove the finish with a finger nail. Furniture Clinic picked up the table, stripped the finish, renewed the distress marks and renewed the surface stain. We were asked to inspect the table before final coating began. It was entirely satisfactory so final coating proceeded and the table was delivered. Having refinished several large pieces of furniture myself, I believe the duration of the project was reasonable as was the price.
Description of Work: Striped and refinished a large solid cherry table including renewing the distress marks.

Description of Work: We brought an oak table in for an estimate to get a coat of white acrylic paint removed. We felt the estimate was too high to proceed. We stripped the piece ourselves.

Description of Work: Had a broken post on a four poster bed. Required removing the old doweling from the post and the bed frame and installing a new dowel. Repair was excellent but I think Furniture Clinic is more appropriate for high value restoration work then simple repairs
