Don Kendrick and his wife Tracy run their own remodeling company. She works from the office and is prompt to return calls, stays well ahead of the pacing of the project, and works with the customer to help pick out tile, paint, cabinetry, fixtures, etc. All selections were made well in advance of the project and stored by them so there were no “unpleasant surprises” when it came to install. They answered our initial inquiry promptly and professionally and Don came to inspect the project himself. We received three quotes for the job and his was by far the most reasonable and the most detailed of them all. There were no questions about what was included and he came in 3 days early and right on budget. He manages the project himself, is there every day to supervise his subs, who were terrific, and he runs the cleanest work site I have ever experienced. He does much of the work himself to keep the project moving, on a Saturday if necessary. He demoed an old bathroom down to the studs, added a pocket door and reinstalled a beautiful tiled shower which required some rewiring and replumbing. We added a new vanity and tile floor. His sub was also able to remove and reinstall perfectly a giant custom mirror that had been glued to the wall. There was significant Sheetrock repair necessary in the adjoining bedroom before they repainted both bath and bedroom. His crew easily worked around other contractors who came in to remodel the closet and install new carpeting. The finished project took just over 3 weeks, is beautiful and just what we had hoped for. I would work with him again and recommend his company wholeheartedly.

Excellent attention to detail

Don Kendrick (owner) was referred to me by two people in my community, he came out to look at scope of project and then provided an estimate within 24 hours. His estimate was very professional addressing all my needs, showing itemized materials and labor, time frame and start date. My project was complex as we turned a oddly shaped closet into a beautiful addition to our home. The ceiling is angled and the closet had no plumbing making this a challenge. But Don had a creative vision for the project, using angled beveled glass which turned out beautifully. He was very professional, on time every day, cleaned up at end of each day, did exactly what he said he would do, and exceeded my expectations. Don and his wife were thorough, I was constantly updated on new phases of project, and he finished as outlined on original estimate with the final invoice being $150.00 under budget. The next time I have any remodeling needs I will definitely contract with them again. In conclusion, Don is very hands on and a joy to work with.

I don't get other bids and I just have Don come over and do the job. He treats me very fairly and he's very careful in calculating what their price is. They've done several remodeling services for us and we've been extraordinarily pleased with it. They've also done extensive work back in the days where we dealt with a lot of dry rot. My wife is currently finishing a quilted wall hanging and I can't climb ladders anymore, so I'm going to call him to ask an hour of his time to hang it up.
