Description of Work: Dave was punctual and polite. Definitely knew what he was doing in attempting to undo a mess we had begun with our garbage disposer. Did not give up on the problem which saved us from having to purchase a new disposer.

Description of Work: This is my go-to plumbing/HVAC company. They have replaced every inch of my piping (because of Qest piping) and did a great job. Always reliable and honest.

Description of Work: Replaced flame sensor for 20 year old gas boiler. They had difficulty finding the part but I found it online and purchased it. They installed it for no charge.

Description of Work: Repaired a water heater malfunction that had not been repaired properly by A-1 plumbing, who wanted to charge me a total of $390.00 for a job that should have cost only $90, which is what Cyphers charged. Cyphers was professional, punctual and efficient. Dave was the technician. I highly recommend Cyphers.

Description of Work: Located and fixed gas leak in the outside gas line.

Description of Work: Toilet guts changed out, and then leaky toilet caused us to call them to replace it.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our pipes under the crawl space, and they soldered that. Also, we had a few toilets that were making noises, so they changed the gaskets and the fluid master.

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater. (water heater was under warranty so I only paid labor).

Description of Work: We were first told that the cost of $120 was for 1.5 hours then we were told it was time and a half after 5pm. We had placed several calls for an explanation without timely response.

Description of Work: Chris was exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive. He educated us on what we needed and proceed to install new fixtures in our shower and toilet. We would certainly use his services again.

Description of Work: Called them regarding rusty water heater leaking. They suggested that instead of replacing it, I just have them remove it and reconnect my like-new gas heater, that only serves the kitchen, to the rest of the house. They then discovered a valve under the house that made that reconnection a snap, then removed the rusty one without messing up my carpets. Saved me hundreds of dollars.
