The arrived on time, quickly determined and repaired the problem. The total cost was much less than other contractors I've used.

It was a spectacular hunt starting at the kitchen sink and culminating in a hole dug in the back yard. Ultimately, a section of clogged pipe was found and replaced.

This is the second time we have used this provider. In both cases the service has been outstanding. On this occasion, the response was rapid for a non emergency. Work was done quickly. The serviceman came 5 minutes early. Work was done quickly. The first time we used them it was an emergency kitchen sink pipe leak. They came quickly, made temporary repairs and return in 2 days to make permanent repairs. That was 4 months ago. There has been no problems since.

I was amazed, I emailed them this morning and before noon I had the work completed.

Dave Cyphers determined that the drain was blocked at a T connection and used his power auger to clear the blockage. He also walked me through where he found the block and potentially why it was blocked. The toilet was reset and rebuilt internally. This was my third experience with Cypher's in about 6 weeks. All fantastic. They will be quoting me on replacing my water heater next. Great local resource. Fair, efficient and knowledgeable. That's all you need and everything you want.

Dave Cyphers determined that the elements were heating and the current draw was in the range of normal. He suggested changing a thermostat as the only option that might address low supply. The price to change the stat was just a few dollars more than the initial service call. Dave held the bill until we used the water heater for a few days and then when he confirmed the status with me, he issued it.

Dave Cyphers determined that the wiring was scorched at the electrical connection from the service panel. He cut out the bad piece of wire, reconnected, and tested current draw. This was done with a quick cell phone call and done very promptly. Dave had previously serviced this water heater a few weeks prior and he was familiar to me and the house to him.

Do not have Dave do the work! Only work with Rick.

We moved to Williamsburg a little over a year ago and have been looking for a plumber. Dave and Dave arrived on time and completed the work in the time they stated they time frame originally stated. They were very professional and nice! We are happy we have found our plumber!

This was covered under our homeowners' warranty, and was the first time we've had to use it, so I was naturally skeptical, as insurance would be covering it, and therefore, Cyphers didn't really need to impress us, but just needed to fulfill their obligation to 1st American Homebuyers Warranty Association. However, David with Cyphers was at the house the same afternoon we called, went back to the shop and retrieved the part needed, and made the repairs, all within a couple of hours. He was courteous, professional, and neat - when I went back upstairs to see how the work had gone, I couldn't even tell he had been up there, it was so clean. I've never used Cyphers before, but would definitely recommend them, and would use them again.

They initially came to provide an estimate. Plumbers were on time and efficient, providing me with an approximate estimate orally and following up with an electronic, official estimate the next day. Work was contracted and scheduled. On installation day two plumbers arrived at exactly the scheduled time and performed the work in a timely and professional manner. I have worked with Cyphers before and have always found them to be professional and efficient. We will continue to call Cyphers for our plumbing needs.

Am very pleased with this repair work. Showed up promptly after I requested service (same day). Tested several parts of the system to determine exactly what was wrong. Replaced motor for the blower unit. Measured compressor function and added freon. Stayed until everything was functioning satisfactorily. Explained the work in layman's terms, so that I could understand the repair services, and offered advice on how to keep the systems running effectively. Very fair price.

Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, didn't make a mess, and shared verbally everything he was doing and why. No fuss, no bother, what he did is working fine, and I will definitely call him in the future.

So far, no charge for anything but my humidifier is unplugged and obviously not working.

I've had several service calls with Cypher plumbing and their Electrician. They are very respectful of our property and clean up when done. Their work is excellent and prices very reasonable.

We were concerned that the solution would require a lot more work in the shower and very happy to have the leak solved by proper caulking. Cyphers was very prompt, did a good job and solved our leaking shower problem efficiently, for a reasonable price. We would definately use them for any future plumbing needs.

Called our home warranty company. Cyphers was out @ our home the next day. Our fan motor went out on our Lennox system and Mr. Cypher had it up and running in no time. I spent some time talking with him about his background and his company. Very intertaining and easy to talk to . Took the time to show me exactly what he was doing and did not rush the job. Punctual and cleaned up the area he was working in. Very nice with a good sence of humor!

I've used Cyphers several times for many different issues and they have always been prompt, professional and courteous, from the receptionist to the plumbers who make the service calls.
