Description of Work: Water heater dead on a Saturday morning, and I had it replaced by 3PM. David, who did the work, did a fine job and was fast and efficient at doing it. Not cheap at the weekend rate, but I didn't expect it to be. I'm happy I chose them.

Description of Work: I had a pipe that burst due to the cold weather. The technician replaced a small section of pipe that was in a hard to reach place. He was friendly, efficient and offered good advice on avoiding a recurrence of the problem. The price was reasonable for the work performed. I would use Cyphers again in the future.

Description of Work: Switched icemaker line from old refrigerator to new one, replaced copper line with stainless, added shut-off valve to line. Charged less per hour than plumber I used in Miami, and only charged for actual labor time, not for time spent shopping for parts.
