Cooke's Landscaping is a full service landscape company that has been in business for 25 years located in Williamsburg VA. We offer landscape, irrigation, grounds maintenance, and designs for our clients. We also operate a garden center and Christmas store conveniently located on Jamestown Road. It is our mission to give our clients full service in all aspects of gardening and landscape. Upon reviewing [member name removed] comments on Angie’s List we have researched the following. [member name removed]'s townhouse is in a community that is maintained by a national lawn care chain. Cooke’s does not, nor have we ever maintained this property. Our company only applies lawn treatment or fertilizer to our maintained yearly contracts. We did not do any work for [member name removed] nor were we asked to apply any lawn treatment or fertilizer. We did however, get asked to give [member name removed] a quote for a patio. After our office received a call from [member name removed], on Feb, 24th we called and scheduled a consultation appointment for 2:00pm Feb. 26, 2014. According to our GPS Fleet tracking system, our designer showed up at the address 14 minutes prior to the assigned time. Notes from our designer reference a patio and planter/wall quote. Designer told client it would be a two week price preparing time. Our usual time period for all quotes. Our designer finished the plan and quote on March 6, based upon the upload to our online designing program. [member name removed] was then called and an appointment was scheduled for March 10th at 3:30. At which time our designer showed up for the appointment at 3:34pm according to our GPS Fleet tracking system. The prices and plans were presented in a professional and timely fashion. We are sorry that [member name removed] reviewed us as poor, as you can tell, we go to great lengths to record and track our business. We urge all customers to call our office for 100's of references from our satisfied clients and friends from over 25 years of helping discover the beauty of landscaping.
