+ -1 moreThe carpet was thoroughly cleaned and all dirt/stains were removed. However, it took two months to clean the carpet and far more of my time than I had wanted to spend checking on it and trying to pick it up. After three weeks I called to inquire and was told that they had "started" cleaning but hadn't finished. No problem. A couple or three weeks later when I called (no calls from them in the meantime), I was told they couldn't find it but would search and get back to me. The following day they called to say they found it, shortly before they took several days off for the Christmas holiday (no objections). I then had to go to their shop three separate times during published open hours after the New Year before I found someone there. This service is far more trouble to deal with than the value they provide.

+ -1 moreI bought my condo in 2006 and hadn't had my carpet cleaned until today. It isn't expensive carpeting and I asked for an honest opinion if I should clean or replace at the estimate. Cleaning was recommended and, as the price was very reasonable, I scheduled the cleaning for today. Tia and Desiree arrived promptly and did an amazing job. There are a few small furniture stains that I knew would be impossible to remove and Tia agreed. But spots in heavy traffic areas are gone. The stairs had looked quite worn but now do not look worn down at all. They even left a complimentary bottle of Spot Out (with lifetime replacement)! I will definitely call them back in the recommended 18 month-2 year interval.

+ -1 moreConscientious is very good. We need to call them back in. We've had other people that weren't as good. They may have been cheaper, but they were not as good. I just know it was a pretty good price. It was a little bit more than the others but for the quality it was really worth it.

+ -1 moreThey don't do spot cleaning, they charge for wall to wall. So in our living room, we would have the rug cleaned in our living room. We just had them clean an area or so. I think it's the best one we have had so far. The price was reasonable, it wasn't as outrageous as I remember. We have used them several times.

Description of Work: 3 oriental carpets taken in and cleaned and replaced. They even swapped carpets fro the LR to the DR, even tho one of them was NOT being cleaned.

+ -1 moreThe arrived on time, confirmed the area I wanted cleaned and explained how they were going to do it. They set up while I was answering their questions. And once the preliminaries were done, they started cleaning. It took a very short time, before I knew it I was signing the closing papers and smelling a clean carpet.

Description of Work: I brought in 2 area rugs. They were wonderful. They examined both with me. We discussed an issue with one of the rugs that had some spotting on the light background. They explained it as dye coming up from the layers of yarn. They would do their best. And, they did. Both rugs look great. I was very happy with the results. It is family run. Everyone was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

After explaining that I had a limited window of time available to complete the job, he called his office and scheduled the job. The crew, Michael and John, arrived several days later, on time, were very courteous, reviewed the schedule work, explained how they were going to proceed, then did it. Their attitude and attention to detail inspired confidence; traits that are often lacking with some service providers. They worked quickly and efficiently and the floors were restored to better than original luster. I was very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Conscientious Carpet to anyone seeking professional work at a reasonable price.

+ -1 moreI am more than pleased. My dhurries are off white with pastel colors, and it had been 13 years since they were cleaned. They look fabulous. Tia, Lynne, Ashley, and Steve deliverd the rugs, spent the extra time to smooth them from middle, made sure they were positioned correctly, and even took the extra effort to get one positioned slightly under a heavy piano. They were friendly, professional, proud of their work, and took the extra effort to make sure I was happy. I WILL call them again, and recommend them without any hesitation. Thanks to all at this wonderful business.

+ 1 moreThis company was recommended by our realtor. My husband and I purchased a new home and wanted the carpets and hardwood floors cleaned before moving in. We contacted Conscientious Carpet Care. They were very responsive and Christina and Tia came to our home the day after closing to do the carpets and Mike did the hardwood floors while the house was empty. We were very pleased with the work they did and once our furniture arrived 2 weeks later, we had them back to clean the upholstery on 3 love seats and 2 chairs. Lynne the cleaning technician and her daughter Ashley did a amazing job. My furniture hasn't looked this good since I bought it. CCC also cleans oriental carpets as well and do a really fine job. We would highly recommend this company for the friendly and professional way they conduct business. Thank you Shelly, Jennifer, Christina, Tia, Lynne and Ashley.

Description of Work: Mom and daughter team showed up as scheduled. I called the office prior to the girls coming out to make sure I had the price down that I had to pay for cleaning just the carpets and not to include the couch and chair in the living room. It was quoted to me for $246.00. When the girls showed up they wanted to measure the back two smaller rooms. I didn't know that the $246.00 quoted didn't cover those two rooms. I was given a price of $399.00 to do all the carpets in the house. I couldn't swing that so all the carpets were cleaned except the masterbedroom which brought the total to $248. and some pennies. The girls got their equipement brought in and began the work. My husband and I had done all the vacuuming and moving of the furnitre so all they had to do was clean. The furniture on the floor was lifted and pieces of plastic or foam was placed under the legs. They were here about an hour and a half. Everything was left clean and tidy.

Description of Work: two rooms, hallway + were power cleaned. A liquid soap type was sprayed over all the surface to be cleaned. This was followed by a high pressure steam/hot water wand which with some work removed nearly all stains.Furniture was moved when necessary and replaced to their original placement. Styrofoam squares were placed underneath heavy objects to allow for drying. Clear plastic squares were placed beneath all furniture legs to prevent rust from forming. The whole operation took only two hours leaving a pleasant scent through out the house. It was amazing to see the original color of the carpeting reappear after cleaning.These folks know how to clean carpeting without a doubt in my mind. Goood work,
