Description of Work: Their office does not handle the type of service I needed. However, she graciously research some information that she provided very promptly. It helped me make the decision not to pursue the project. I really appreciated her taking time to do this.

+ -1 moreCatherine was fantastic. First, she was extremely patient with us. We searched for just the right property for roughly two years - that is a lot of weekends touring neighborhoods and inspecting homes. My wife and I finally knew when she found the right one (we did change our preferences during the search). She got us the best deal possible and got us into our dream house in an upscale neighborhood in Williamsburg. Her contacts with reasonably priced, competent tradesmen are a real bonus. She also sold our property in Newport News, represented my newly married son in finding a starter home, sold houses of two friends leaving the area (in Suffolk and York County), and assisted my sister-in-law in selling and buying in Newport News. All were extremely pleased with her service.I don't think she can be beat. She knows the business and all the strategies in getting a deal done.
