Ace Chimney Sweep

The owner of the company and his father, came out to do the work. They did an excellent job with the work done and found some problems with our chimney that they repaired. They were on time, did the work quickly, and gave us a very fair price. Both father and son are very friendly and professional. They came back out 4 days later to clean the gutters. Again, they did the work quickly, and I was impressed with their professionalism and how easy they were to work with. I highly recommend this company.

It went well. We not have any problems with them. They were professional. They came in as a team and they were pretty quick, polite, and they cleaned up the mess which was nice, that really did stand out.

I bought this service as a deal and it really is a deal! We had a couple false starts with scheduling that's why I gave him a B, but once it was settled, they arrived on time and ready to work. The were quick, clean and professional. Ryan is very knowledgable and did a great job cleaning my fireplace. We use it a lot and it had been several years since it was cleaned. When he went on the roof to inspected the chimney, he pointed out a few things that need to be repaired, he took pictures, and gave an estimate. There was no pressure to have him do the work and I really liked and appreciated that. What he identified for repair we already knew about so I would have been disappointed if he hadn't told me about it. The fact that he didn't pressure me to have it fixed now is why we'll be calling him again. However, he assured me several times that the fireplace was safe to use without the repairs and even gave me a few tips on keeping smells and bugs away during the summer months. I will be calling him again and I recommend his work.

We had to reschedule a couple of different times, but that was not a problem. This was my first time using Angie's and when I made the purchase for the cleaning, your sites indicated I would be contacted within 2 to 3 business days. It took an additional email from me through Angies to get a reply from ace. when they arrived,they were very friendly and very professional, explaining each part of the process. We were more than satisfied with experience and will use them again in the future.

Everything went well. There was some mix up in the scheduling but it worked out in the end. The technician was polite and professional. He advised me on a couple items I could address with the chimney but didn't pressure me into buying another service or product. I ended up contracting them to put a cap on top to prevent rain from getting inside the chimney.

I kind of already covered this - I have utmost confidence in Ryan and his team's ability to take care of all my chimney/fireplace needs. They are an excellent team and even when something came up and Ryan wasn't able to come on the day he was planning to come, he called me and explained the situation and asked if I'd be willing to reschedule because the job he was on was taking longer than he expected. I was fine to reschedule and appreciated his call and when he did come out he was early. Thank you for your hard work and professional and courteous attitude on all occasions!

ace arrived at 800 degree court and completed the required work first went on the roof and took down the old unit and brought it down the ladder and then brought new custom made unit up to the roof and replaced it doing a great job and then hauled the old unit away and left the area very clean

Ryan was very responsive. He called me right back to schedule an appointment and was able to come to my house within a few days. He arrived on time and was very professional. My husband wanted to be home when Ryan was there to ask some questions about the dryer vent. Ryan answered all his questions and was very knowledgeable. When I called my husband and asked him how it went, he said, "Great! Just as expected and the guy was really nice....like best friend nice." The price was exactly as quoted and Ryan suggested a few additional services he could offer, but wasn't pushy at all. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

They arrived late but called to warn me and were very apologetic about the delay. After arriving, they inspected the chimney, swept it, and then went up on the roof to check out the chimney cap. We discussed changing the chimney back from gas to wood and then discussed the need for repairs to the masonry. I appreciated his honest input and would definitely use him again.

He was a great guy. He did a really neat job and was very professional. I don't have a standard of comparison but he was very nice and clean. He had a nice uniform and a clean little truck. He had a helper and didn't make a mess in my living room, which I really appreciated. I recommended him to a couple of other people. I thought it was a very fair price. Actually, I thought it was fairer than he should have charge. He was quick. He came right after he called. To get to my house, he has to go through a tunnel and across a river. He came when he said he would and didn't overstay his welcome. He was very professional.

The work turned out excellent. They were very personable, professional, and they did what we asked them to.
