Description of Work: Most of the work was done well. One job was left unfinished and in worse condition than it was before. The service was considerably more expensive than the estimate.

 + -1 moreThe estimate process went well. They offered options to keep the price down. They answered all questions promptly via email and phone. The crew arrived at the appointed time. Despite some obstacles with a difficult enviroment for running wires, they finished the work in a reasonable timeframe. The crew was courteous, efficient, and they cleaned up after the job was completed. They took the time to test everything out and gave me operating instructions. I will definitely hire them for future electrical projects.

We were very pleased that they avoided notching the ceiling to move the location to install the new pendant fixture, saving us the trouble and expense of future drywall repair and repainting.They made useful suggestions relating to the other work we asked them to do. Based on this experience, we would certainly use Hanley Electrical again. Additionally, Judy in the office answered the phone every single time we called - no answering machine came on - was that nice! - as the men were late in arriving due to an emergency that apparently occurred on the way to our job.
Description of Work: Install new C.O.M. pendant fixture, replace high flood light fixture on garage, evaluate lamp post issue.
