Excellent service

Not to good, I had to ask the supervisors to come and look a places in the window sills they missed. They started doing a really good job after that then after 3 months they started slaking off on the quality of their work because they had to hurry to get to another job. When I got a letter saying that the bill was going to $115. I quit using their company.

They initially cleaned well, but each time the quality of cleaning decreased. Last 2 visits they did a terrible job and I called and they returned the first time to fix 7 areas that they missed. The last cleaning was so rushed they missed lots of dust and failed to vacuum dining room. I cancelled my service after this.

They were prompt to respond to my request for an estimate and the first few times my house was cleaned, I was very happy. The women who cleaned were nice and through and I had no complaints. They showed up promptly and spent a long time cleaning time cleaning. My house smelled clean and fresh when they were done. Each week after this they showed up later and later from the scheduled time and spent less and less time at the house. I would find little things not done or not very clean, but never said anything. In December, the service got worse. I came home to find my kitchen still with food on the flattop stove, trash not taken out, dust on the bedroom furniture, toilets not clean and the house overall didn't feel clean. I even looked around for my check, thinking they hadn't been there. I called Tammy the next day and complained and she did arrange for a re clean 2 days later. This was done great, but the very next time they came as scheduled, they once again didn't clean well, leaving crumbs on carpets, bathrooms unclean and dust on furniture. They were in and out in 1 hour after arriving 5 hours after the scheduled time. I had guest arriving the next day for christmas holidays and there wasn't time for a re clean. It was a lot of money to have to keep getting them to come back! It seems like when I was home convalescing , they did a nice job, but when I returned to work and wasn't there to watch what they did, they did a sloppy job. I feel like it isn't worth the trouble anymore. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, sorry
