PERFECT PAINTER

Did an excellent job, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards.

Did excellent job on shutters. But front door area (wood part above door) was not what was agreed upon. When made contract with them with estimator in person was told that part of the wood would be replaced and then painted. Was not done, even after I informed the actual painters/workers. Also they left many deep noticeable holes from the ladder pressure on the top stoop. Would not use again.

I met Jose, owner of “Perfect Painter” in 2006 when he was working for a builder in my neighborhood. I hired him to do some painting and other “handy-man” work in my home. Within the next seven years, I have since acquired four more homes, and Jose has painted and done various jobs in all of them. He is the first person I contact when I need one of my properties painted. He is always prompt and respectful, and does a great job communicating with regard to pricing details, materials, and scheduling. Because he is so ethical, responsible and trustworthy, I am even able to comfortably pay him In ADVANCE for his work, and leave him and his team in my home unattended. I have also referred him to other family members and friends. I am greatly appreciative of the huge part that “Perfect Painters” has played in making my properties beautiful!
