Extremely responsive. Stands by their work. Explained exactly what the problem was and how it should be fixed. Would not allow me to spend money I did not need to spend. I will call no one else to service my garage door.

I contacted Britt's and received a very prompt response. I scheduled an appointment for Billy to come out to replace an insulation panel on my garage door. Billy was very prompt and professional. He did a very good job. The cost for repair was very reasonable in my opinion. Great company!

Upon my Google search one morning @ 8:30, for help with a Garage Door that wouldn't go down, Home Advisor popped up with 3 possible business choices & within 5 min. of answering questions RE: my issues, I received a call Billy Hensley, with Britt, Inc. He logically described what he felt the problem was and said he could be at my house by 2:00. He came on time, fixed the door + checked my other door, servicing both for general maintenance unrequested @ no additional cost and was gone in 45 min. Billy showed me what was needed, told me what it would cost and was courteous & professional. Also, I live on a Farm in a very rural area, but I received Great same day service (which never happens where I live). That was over 2 wks ago, so I will definitely contact him again, if ever needed.

Our large overhead door got damaged yesterday. I found Britts on the internet this morning. My first email went out around 7:15 this morning and I got a answer was in less than ten minutes and by 8:30 am their crew was here working on the door. It took the crew about 25 minutes to do the repair. Just a relief to have the work done so fast and correctly! I will use them in the future and you won t be disappointed if you choose this company!
