My garage door was dented from a collision, and the rollers were off the tracks. Billy was quick to respond, came over within 2 hrs, did the work in 1 hr, for a reasonable rate. Very professional and knowledgeable. Work was done yesterday. Everything looked good. Will hire him again.

Courteous, promptness, and honestly are things that are hard to find these days, but he has them all and more. Billy was fantastic to work with! He was reliable, communicative and the quality of work was phenomenal. He was extremely responsive to my requests, explained the entire process start to finish, coached me through what materials was absolutely needed versus what Lowes tried to "upsell as required" and even picked up the materials for me on installation day! Lowes gave me the wrong door handle set and Billy went back for me to temporarily fix the issue until the new handle set could be installed. He even came back two weeks after installation to change out the door hardware to the proper set-- CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST! I am extremely pleased with Britt's Inc for the cost and quality installation of two new front doors.
