Needed a steel door to replace a Condo's Basement storage area. They called back immediately, Came when they said they would...and quickly too, gave me the best price (3 pros contacted) Installation quickly, cleanly and professional. Courtesy and answered my many questions. Absolutely would recommend and will contact them again in the future. These are the people to call for all things DOORS! Glad I found them.

I needed a remote control garage door mechanism replaced (20 yrs old). The guys from Britt's we're prompt ( 2 hrs from call back) courteous, worked quickly and patiently answered all questions. I highly recommend them. Oh also reasonably priced.

Billy Hensley arrived when he said he would, diagnosed and took care of the problem with the garage door not closing completely, and everything is working properly now as I could not leave the house with the garage door wide open. Billy was professional and competent, and I would absolutely recommend him and Britt's. Apple Door Company had replaced the garage door springs about a year ago, so I called their 24-hour emergency service about 3 hours ago, no one has responded to my call yet, so they are definitely not reliable, and I cannot recommend them at all. My husband and I have had several very positive experiences with HomeAdvisor professionals, Southern Belle Landscaping did a wonderful job for us also, and recommend your helpful service highly. We were immediately contacted by Britts’s, Inc., and an appointment was made for later that morning to make the repair. Billy was not only on time, but arrived a few minutes early. Within 45 minutes the repair was done and our garage door was in perfect working order. Very courteous, professional and knowledgble — job very well done!
