I called and spoke with a very friendly and professional lady who was a huge help. She set me up with an appointment for the next day even though I live in another town and it wasn't "emergent." She was a joy to work with for sure! The technician came when I was at work, fixed the problem, and left everything exactly as it was when I left in the morning. To date, I have had no additional problems. I was VERY IMPRESSED with this company and will use them again if the need arises.

We recently purchased an old home and after moving in noticed when working in the cellar that there was water draining from an open pipe. The previous owners said that they had never had this problem. Hard to believe! We called and had 2 men from ZEH Plumbing respond. They were a little late but explained that they were in a minor accident and would still come to assess the problem. They showed up late in the day (approximately 6:00 pm), capped the line made sure it was draining properly and suggested that they come back and replace old galvanized piping. We did agree to this and they came back the next week and performed these services. We haven't had any problems since.

They're very reliable and I like their service. He talks to you about what you need but doesn't push anything. The products he uses are good. When he says he's going to be here, he'll be here.

They started in the summer and they were here for about 2-3 months. We have heart pine floors and that stuff just doesn't cut easily. They were very patient and did what they needed to do. They did a great job. A bunch of them showed up and tore out all kinds of old stuff out of an old house that we're in now. They did well. They come to do an annual check as well. The only thing that I was not pleased with was that the job took longer than they said it would. We knew their price was good because we had shopped around. We did have one issue and they were out here instantly, so that was great.

We had just moved into a new house in a new town and found Zeh Plumbing on Angie's List. We called and were told that as soon as the men were free from another job, they would call us and get to us as quickly as possible. By late afternoon, our leaking pipes under the kitchen sink were fixed and the connection between the dishwasher and the drain, which concerned us, was corrected. Both men were polite and good workers.

They found a root growing in the city pipe. They were pretty thorough. They charge by the hour and it took us three times doing it. He took a longer time to do what he was needed to do, though he was thorough. He kept going down to my pipe three times. They cut off an hour of our price. They were the best price around. They would have done a great job if the blockage had been in our line.

Couldn't have gone better. There was a team of plumbers who efficiently, professionally, and quickly completed the work. They cleaned up. And, before they left, they asked if everything had been completed to my satisfaction and they asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Great Service!
