+ -1 moreJosh is very good at what he does and I would highly recommend his services to anyone with computer problems, web help or a computer tune up. I refer Williams Pcs to others whenever I get the opportunity.
Description of Work: Josh cleaned up my hard drive on an old laptop and improved my machines efficiency by 40%. He also set me up with another laptop for my office. He has helped me out with computer issues a number of times.

+ -1 moreWe really didn't exactly what to ask for because we weren't sure what was wrong. Josh didn't treat us like idiots. He broke it down so we'd understand. He knew what we wanted before we did! We are extremely happy customers. I couldn't believe how much they could do remotely!! Thanks Josh!!
Description of Work: He completely overhauled 2 of my home computers. The viruses were so bad we couldn't do anything. Now, we use his anti-virus software and pay a small fee monthly and know that won't happen again!
