Description of Work: Yard fertilization & weed control. We are located on the outer limits of their trade area but they agreed to provide services. On 2nd visit company owner became upset with guard at our gated community entrance and was agitated upon arrival at our residence. Our relationship was never the same afterwards. As I recall company came back for one more application, I paid them via bill pay and never heard back from them again. Bottom line was we were out of their trade area & probably shouldn't have gone with them in the beginning. However owner's demeanor can be issue depending on the day of the week if you get my drift. Based on limited experience would not use them again although I was overall pleased with services provided...

Yes we did 4 services on this property and were paid. Concerning my demeanor: We had no problem getting thru the gate the 1st time but every other visit we could not get in without a hassle. We had to have the customer permission to enter at a certain time. All our trucks and vans have company Logos and phone nos. If [member name removed] was truthful,Truegreen had the same problem and stop servicing them. Funny, have never had a problem entering the gate when I have went there to play golf. Been there 4 times before to play golf, won't be back. One of lawn tech. tried to serve him in the fall, could not get in. The last time I was there noticed other Landscape contractor entering without a problem. Since did not call us back, we stopped servicing the account. Bottom line, did not justify our cost. If we can't have access to your property or you don't trust us, please don't hire us. Steve Johnson owner.

I shopped four lawn services and got three sales talks. Finally Steve at Shenandoah Turf did a Ph test on my soil, made professional rfecommendations
Description of Work: Most excellent provider of lawn weed removal and greening up my sick lawn. Not a single dandelion all year on my 2 acres. Owner, Steve, is a very helpful professional, experfienced at keeping golf courses. My lawn looks like the green any golf pro would praise!
