The installer was very professional and knowledgeable. He (a single installer) had them installed in about 4 hours. Did a good job of cleaning up and instructing us in features and operation. We would use again, but since the work and doors are guaranteed we don't think we'll have to!!

I called Shen - Valley, along with 2 others, to get an estimate for a replacement garage door after my son rolled the car into/through it. Armpy Trayham called me back promptly and came out to give me an estimate. We went through many iterations as my wife and I decided which style and how expensive a garage door we wanted. Armpy was very responsive to all my requests for additional information. He got back to me very quickly via email with new brochures, estimates, or actual proposals. He even suggested we look at a house in Waynesboro on which they had installed the same door we wanted. They ordered the door, it came in 3 weeks later (it was over the Christmas and New Year's holidays), and they installed it very quickly when it arrived, and left my garage cleaner than before they arrived. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

I called Jeff on Wednesday and left a voicemail. Their message left at least 3 options on how to contact them and directed me to call a cell phone number if I didn't get a response to my message within 15 minutes. Very shortly I got a call back. Jeff instructed me on how to get some information to get the proper spring. I called him back on Thursday, again leaving a message. He called me back shortly after. We scheduled the call for Friday morning. He showed up a little early and got right to work. Within 20 minutes he was done, even lubricated the door hinges. I got the bill within 2 days and it was exactly what Jeff quoted.
