+ -1 moreI felt like he knew what he was talking about. He came over to my house, and we walked around the yard together. I felt like he would come in, and do what he needed to do quickly. He made some suggestions that I went ahead, and did myself. I felt they were very helpful. He helped me, and I had not even hired him. Michael educated me a lot. He gave me a lot of information in a very short period of time. I felt the appraisal was fair.
