+ -1 moreI had a driveway at another location that needed repairs where it met the public road. Josh showed up on time to give the estimate. We agreed on a price and he told me he would be back in 2 weeks to do the work. After 3 weeks I called to find out what happened and the secretary told me he would be at the property within the next 2 weeks as he had some delays. After 3 more weeks I called again, the secretary told me she would call me back. After another 3 more weeks of waiting I called again and spoke with Josh. I told him my concerns as it had been 9 weeks since he first looked at the job and now we were approaching winter and I really wanted to get this done. He hung up the phone with me and he never contacted me again. I could no believe it. He made me feel it was my fault that he failed to perform the job. I won't ever call them again.

Description of Work: i had used this company at a previous property, and even though the quality was marginal, the price was right. After complaining about the weeds growing up in the middle of the driveway and crumbling sides, I was curtly told that was normal and that I was being too picky. Fool me once shame on them. fool me twice... The price was good on the initial job, so I decided to use them again on a second property. After being a no-show on the estimate date, then arriving on a totally random day when I was not home to meet with them, they became upset that I wasted their time when no one was home to go over the estimate. I re-scheduled another appointment with the secretary and the same thing happened again. After complaining to the office on the whimsical "I will be there when I feel like it" mentality, she left messages with the owner/contractor- repeatedly. phone calls went unanswered. when I finally spoke to the owner, he became hostile and informed me the secretary had no authority to schedule his appointments, hung up on me and never had any contact with me again. Fooled me twice. shame on me never again.

+ -1 moreSaid he would follow directions. Workmen worked so quickly that the damage was done so quickly. & there was so much noise they I couldn't protest successfully. They packed up and left.
Description of Work: Workmen were courteous, professional & efficient. Additional $200 added to finish job. Parking area was positioned to the left abutting the sidewalk by 12 inches against directions. Now 12" of steps to porch prevent 2 cars from parking confortably side by side. However erosion caused by parking in that area has been stopped.

+ -1 moreThey pulled a switch and bait and when they came they talked me into having a smooth finish and put a sealer on it with sand in it. They did a lousy job; there were gaps in the driveway. They said it was too late to put on the sealer with sand and sent me a contract promising to come back in the spring and do it. I am still waiting...I contacted them in the spring they blew me off. I tried again in the fall and they blew me off again....I am still waiting.
Description of Work: I contracted to put a new top on my drive way. I have a steep drive and contracted to have a rough finish on my driveway.
