We used the services of Inspector Homes, Inc. on the advise of our realtor. Now we know why she recommended him. He was prompt, knowledgeable, through, and willing to explain everything in laymans terms so that we could understand and make educated decisions about purchasing our new home. He gave us great advise as to what professionals we should have come out and inspect in more depth some "issues" we might have. Bronson gave us a VERY DETAILED binder which held all his findings and recommendations. It was very easy to read and understand. Every area of the home had its own tab and it was very professionaly done. We had some additional questions about a week after the inspection so I called Bronson. He had complete recollection of the inspection and answered all of our questions completely. We would recommend Bronson and his company without reservation! He has many years experience, he is professional and knowledgeable and very easy to interact with. He gave us the best appraisal we have ever received (we've purchased 6 other homes) I hope we don't need his services again as I don't want to move again but if you are in need of a home inspection do not hesitate to call Inspector Homes. Like us, you will be very satisfied and pleased with his services.

It went really well. Bronson showed up to do the job, he told us that he had been in the business for 7 years. Even before he was able to get into the house, he was already looking around outside, not wasting any time. We were told that the inspection would take about three hours. He was done in probably two hours. I was surprised to notice that he did not have a ladder and was therefore unable to look at the roof except only from the attic. Besides that, he did a very thorough inspection of the house's systems using proper measuring equipment. Armed with a laptop and a printer, he printed out the report and handed it to us right then and there...no waiting! They accept Visa or Mastercard, but they copy down your credit card info instead of using a portable card reader, so there's a security issue there. Overall it was a great experience, I would recommend Inspector Homes Inc. to anyone. Pros: Great demeanor...answers questions thoroughly Punctual, fast, thorough Cons: Where's the ladder? Find a more secure way of taking down my credit card info.
