SCHULTZ LAWNSCAPES

I had emailed Mr. Schultz about coming back out regarding a problem. At first he didn't respond, but then he said he'd send out a worker. One of his workers called me to see if Saturday would work and I told him I'd be available. I then received an email from Mr. Schultz, he said I would have to pay. I told the worker I wasn't going to pay because it was in regard to an issue from the original work. I had someone else, Mr. Brown, come out and look at the system and they saw that Schultz tied into an existing line and was creating a problem. When their employee came back out Mr. Brown showed him everything that was wrong and the worker agreed that they had cut into my line. They left a hole under my house and cut the drain pipe. Water is getting into the pipe causing issue. Mr Schultz never once came to look at the problem.

Went very well. We made the initial contact via email and then they followed up by phone. All invoicing is done by email and provides an itemized list of services provided and the associated cost of each,

A nicer group of men you'll never meet. They're dependable, quick and thorough and they accept suggestions cheerfully and politely. I know my yard looks great because people have asked me who does it. They even come during the non-growing season to see if anything needs done.
