These guys are great! What I thought was only going to be a meeting for an estimate, turned into a parade of trucks to get the entire job done that very day, and for a very reasonable price! We had numerous trees that needed to be pruned back from our house, including two that needed to be removed. They handled all of it on the spot. Nice, professional, knowledgable (highly) on how to save trees vs. just removing them all together (unless if that's want you want them to do). I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone!

John and his crew did an outstanding job for an extremely competitive price. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. John was very responsive when it came to estimating and scheduling, and worked closely with us while the actual work was being done to be sure we were satisfied. We recently used HES tree care and had a great experience. John came out and walked our property with us and addressed all of our concerns and made helpful suggestions. We wanted one tree (and stump) removed, several other trees trimmed, and our gutters cleaned. John gave us a great quote and honored that quote even though they had to take down more limbs than anticipated. I contacted HES Company LLC and other companies requesting an estimate for a job of cutting down a tree and trimming and shaping two other trees, one of which was touching the house. John called back promptly and requested the details of the job. He was professional and enthusiastic during the telephone call, asking all of the necessary questions. He made arrangements to come to the house to provide a no cost estimate and called me when he arrived on-site to ensure he had all of the information he needed to provide an estimate. He explained in detail what needed to be done and emailed a estimate, following up with a phone call to ask if I had any further questions or concerns. Based on his enthusiasum and expertise, we hired him for the job. John and his crew showed up exactly on time, met with me to review the details of the job and got right to work. The crew quickly took down one of the trees and began the trimming and shaping of the other two. I was concerned that the tree which was touching the house would not be able to be trimmed and shaped evenly, since it was very tall and located in awkward position. The team removed numerous branches and trimmed and shaped the tree beautifully and perfectly. They continued their magic on the second tree and it too turned out perfectly. The team quickly cleaned up all the branches and leaves in the yard, even using the leaf blower to remove leaves on the upper outside deck, which were totally unrelated to the job they were hired to do. To me, this was an extra step that showcased his dedication to customer service and making the customer very happy. John and his crew are professionals who take pride in their work and have a commitment to customer service. I would certainly hire them again without hesitation!

HES Company (John and crew) were wonderful. John came for the estimate right after I called and worked with me to schedule the work at my convenience. He and his crew showed up promptly on the scheduled day (even though there was snow on the ground!) and got right to work. Because the tree was close to the house and not accessible by bucket truck, the worker had to climb the tree and tie each branch to a rope before cutting it and lowering it to the ground. The guys on the ground were very careful with each branch and made sure nothing hit the house, the fence or the other bushes in the yard. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and barely stopped for lunch! They had the tree down and cut into logs in 6 hours! They took care to rake the wood shavings out of the yard and sweep the patio when they finished. They also moved all the logs into my side yard, which required countless trips with the wheelbarrow. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

Within a couple of days I received his estimate which was very fair. Work was scheduled within a few days. Mr.John Queirolo and his team of five arrived promptly. The men were very professional and focused on their work. They swiftly and efficiently carried out the project with great attention to detail.The tree and branches were put into a mulching machine and the area was kept cleared and safe for all. When they finished, the curbside appeal was noticeable. The tree was shaped nicely and no damage was done to any of the shrubs that surrounded the cherry tree. This job could not have been better organized or carried out more efficiently. They were a dream team.
