Dustin did a great job. He communicated well throughout the project and always showed up when promised. Provided free estimate and choice of solutions. I compared him with other firms and his solution for my groundhog issue was best price and better quality than others quoted. When he found that neighborhood feral cats were also using groundhog holes under my house he tailored the eradication process to make sure none of the cats were trapped or harmed. Dustin was very hard-working, polite and thorough. Would highly recommend him and Virginia Wildlife Control, his company.

Fast response to the request and next day inspection of the raccoon in the attic. The plan discussed was to remove the raccoon and proof the house against similar incidents. Then the raccoon had babies and it delayed the plan a bit since the traps were delayed due to the hurricane season shipping, and turns out the raccoon was too stubborn to leave anyway. We waited 2 weeks for 2 traps processes, but they were ineffective so Dustin went up and caught the babies since the mother ran away. He sealed it all up, fogged the attic with disinfectant and removed the babies after waiting a while for the mother to come back. The improvement done is closing up the hole between the house and the roof behind the gutter. The hole was large enough for wildlife to enter after ripping out the gutterguard. The price is a little on the higher side for me, but with the condition we faced, it was understandable. Overall fast services and clean job, plus a 1 year warranty on the improvement. I'm quite satisfied.

Everything was perfect - Dustin called as soon as I submitted a request and showed up promptly to address the issue. While here, he explained everything clearly and solved our problem with bird nest removal immediately. He helped answer many other questions we had as well. Will definitely be hiring Dustin for any jobs in the future!

Virginia wild life control did a great job of covering my vents and cleaning out the nests

Dustin did excellent work. We had a huge bird nest in the soffit at the peak of our roof and another behind our shutters. He removed the nests and fixed the open soffit, and installed barriers up behind the shutters. He also installed covers on vents on the siding and the roof. I would highly recommend Dustin and he’s already done work for my next door neighbor after she saw the quality of work he did on my house. He’s also done work for other neighbors in our subdivision.

Awesome! Dustin was cheerfully confident that he could help us release a bird that was stuck in our bathroom ceiling fan. He came right away!! A competitor was out earlier and stared at the ceiling fan, listening to the poor bird scratching to get out and couldn’t do anything. Dustin had a can-do attitude and was the hero of the evening for all my children who stood right below his ladder as he caught the bird right out of the air! Then he released it out the front door and went to work sealing the point of entry. Price was fair and he came immediately. Thank you so so much!!!
