The Maid Brigade - Warrenton

I had moved everything out of the house to prepare it for sale. The service claimed that 3 maids worked for 3 hours on an empty house and it was "Move in ready!". I had lived there with 2 cats and two little girls. I requested and was charged extra for the maid service to clean the entire house plus my oven, cabinets, drawers, and refrigerator, inside and out. I arrived the following weekend to check on the house and the kitchen was untouched. They had not touched the trim in the kitchen, the oven, the sink, they had not cleaned the switch plates in the bathrooms (3) or swept the kitchen and bathroom floors, they did not clean the oven or drawers, the top of the refrigerator was filthy, the trim on the stairwell was untouched and the backsplash of the kitchen sink was splattered as well as the faucet, there was some sort of dirt splattered near the rear entryway. WHAT DID THREE MAIDS DO FOR THREE HOURS FOR NEARLY $300?? Vacuum? I'm not even sure, bacuse I had a carpet cleaner come in the next day. I called and the costumer service woman who apologized and said she would send them back, however I was 1 state away. From what I was told, not much different, oven untouched, my local family members had to clean the entire house all over again just to put it on the market. Very poor service. I should have received a reimbursement at the very least but none was offered. vv

They did such a crappy job that I only paid them half. I'm going to give them one more shot. UPDATE... company was very understanding and apologetic. The crew just had a bad day. We've been using them regularly since that time and they perform just fine. We're happy with their service and would recommend them to others.
