What the technician did was okay and there were some other things I wanted done, but it ended up being more expensive than our regular electrician. The work was fine, but the price was bad. Their regular pricing is very high and we got other estimates and researched the work.

When I called to schedule the work I was informed that there was an additional $69 "trip charge". This was deceptive Advertising and I have no desire to do business with these people. All I needed was a ceiling fan installed. I was willing to pay $99 but not the outrageous fee they wanted.

The installation went great. Jamie was professional, true to his time estimate, and did what we believe was quality work. Everything fell off the wheels with the inspection process. During the estimate, Jamie told me the process included the inspector coming out at the end of the installation so he could turn power back on. The power came back on at 4pm Friday, but no inspector. That was when Jamie told me he had rescheduled inspector for Monday (now I need to be home another day - too late for me to call and change work arrangements easily). Monday at 9:30am, I get a call that the inspector will come Tuesday. I can't support Tuesday (not that I was asked). So inspector comes Wednesday. And we fail the inspection. Jamie is unavailable by phone, inspector leaves. Now I have to make arrangements for Jamie to return and for inspector to return - again. We finish the chaos 7 days later. Instead of an apology for messing up my work schedule for an entire week, I get a load of grousing about how this is all the inspectors fault. While I do believe we have a quality product in the end and I do believe the inspection issue was minor, I am the one who paid a seven day price for the misunderstanding not Mister Sparky. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be using them again.

We accidentally purchased an offer that was for a different franchise. Angie immediately refunded us that day (fabulous customer service!). Jamie w/ Northern Virginia Mr Sparky was so very kind and even to time to help me look for an Angie's coupon that covered my area yet to no avail. Great customer service!

He did a great job. Walked him through house, showed him the 3 tasks, and I had a call to attend to. He was done in an hour and a half - also, I had to leave work and asked for extra lead time to get home - 30 mins, as opposed to usual 15...he gave me 40 minutes. Work was excellent. Only complaint, I bought the deal $150 for $75...what was not clear in pricing was that there is a $69 dispatch charge...of course they have to dispatch, it is a home repair service...its like buying a car and they say "there is a $69 charge if you want keys included". Perhaps I missed it in ad, but felt it was hidden pricing, and I would have bought the other coupon - I think there was a 250/125 deal, if I had known half of my services would be absorbed by coming here. Overall, heartily recommend - and total amount paid for services delivered OK too... just would have appreciated more obvious disclosure of fees...

They’re very good; professional, knew what they were doing. I will be using them going forward for all of my air conditioning needs. The owner returned the call quickly and was very helpful. Just top notch people.

Had scheduling issues and unable to do the service.

I had a basement I had just finished and some of the under cabinet lights had gone out. Considering this was a new setup I was frustrated by the contractor that performed the work. Having to call in another contractor to fix what was done is never easy. Fortunately I was more than satisfied wiht Superior's Mister Sparky - Northern Virginia! Not only did they fix the lights they actually cleaned up some of the shoddy electrical work the previous contractor left such as concealing the wires behind the cabinets and cleaning up the poorly drilled holes for the wires. I wish I would have hired them to perform the original work!

As always they were on time, great service and a service guy I could talk to and learn from. This was part of a service plan I got with my HVAC. They actually had worked on my Microwave circuit last year which they did a great job on and haven't had a blown fuse since. Also the cost was good and do a clean job. Thanks for everything!

Very well. Our over 10 year old battery/electric connected smoke detectors were replaced in very short time.

It went very well. He gave me the best options for the amt of money I was able to spend on the project. Courtesy, respectful, clean.
