+ -1 moreRick did an excellent, professional job form the quote through the final finish. Due to leadtimes required for other trades (plumbing, framing, roofing, HVAC, etc.) this was not a start/finish job. Rather, Rick was very accomodating and completed work in stages so that the overall rehab progressed smoothly. Rick worked well with the other trademen and made himself available during the appropriate county inspection (no problems!). Over the six months of Rick's involvement, there were a number of small changes that were made to the original plans which Rick accomodated in a courteous manner and at reasonable rates. He also solved several control problems with several customer-provided electrical devices (lights, fan controllers, etc.) in an efficient, innovative manner. I will certainly call Rick for my next electrical requirements.
Description of Work: For an 860 sq ft cottage remodel (total gut job) all electrical was replaced. This included upgrading the incoming service to 200amps, running wires for all new recepticals and lighting in each room and separate wiring loops for heatpump, water heater, stove, outside electrical outlets, electric resistence baseboard backup heat. Also included was the mounting of all light fixtures (customer provided) -- including three the hanging of ceiling fans (with multiple switches for separate control on-off as well as fan-speed and lighting intensity).
