We coulden't be more pleased with Ray - With Ray's work, with Ray's price, with Ray's communication and Ray's attention to detail. Unlike large companies Ray is a one man shop so you are dealing with the owner of the company and not some commisioned salesman. Ours was an unusual application and Ray went out of his way to make it right. We have also given Ray a contract to service both our AC units and out gas boiler.

They called me immediately after I submitting my request vi service magic, they were even able to come out the same day! The professional who arrived at my home showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and was a pleasure to work with. He was able to answer all my questions quickly, accurately and in plain English. He took time to explain what I can do myself in the future to avoid having to call a professional, which is a great help and will definitely be a cost savings tool for the future. I would definitely recommend their services!

Ray was on time and fixed the problem quickly and explained all the work he did. The cost for the work was very reasonable. I will definitely call him in the future when the needs arises.
