R.A.A. is a knowledgable, honest, efficient HVAC contractor, providing me with the servicing work that I actually needed for my home systems. I would recommend this contractor to anyone needing service/repair work on their home systems.

Ray was great! He gave us an honest evaluation of the heat pump, fixed the problem and then was able to come back and help us with new grilles and filters for the ducts.

Ray was great! We had a heat pump and air exchanger replaced with a 19 seer Carrier unit. Ray was at least $2000 dollars cheaper then any of the other contractors we checked with for the same unit. He came promptly when scheduled and did great work. I would highly recomend R.A.A to anyone who was having HVAC work done on their home. Thanks Ray!

Wonderful. On time and curteous.

Ray is an outstanding person. I had tons of questions and he responded to each one of my questions and concerns. I challenged him by doing research on the web and he was professional about my intrusiveness and he knew his stuff. I interview over 5 companies and Ray was the right man for the job.

It took him a while to find the problem at my house but he did find it. He didn't have the part so he had to order it and come back a second time. He charged me $100 for the first call and on the second call, besides being charged for the parts which were $257, I had to pay another $150 diagnostic fee. This after I had already hired him to do a maintenance check on my two rental properties, which were $100 per place. I have two units at my property and had originally asked for a maintenance checkup for both in addition to the repair and I had to remind him to check the second unit. He told me it needed a new filter. There were new filters right next to the unit but he didn't even put one in. I had to do it.

Responsive, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, effective-- would definitely call again.
