+ 1 moreMike really did a great job -- I was impressed that he looked around & got a feel for how the bathroom could fit in with the rest of the house. He offered several suggestions for details that really made it work! In addition, he stayed on top of the job from beginning to end. For example, he went with me to Lowe's to help me pick out the right materials. He gave me daily status updates to let me know what had been accomplished that day and what the next steps were. He finished the job on time, on budget, and with as little disruption as possible. He & his crew were professional, polite, and are now beloved by our dog-- nice guys who do a great job.
Description of Work: My house is almost 100 years old, and the bathroom had probably been added more than 20 years ago -- it was sorely in need of an update when I purchased the property. A recurring problem was that the previous owners had not insulated the pipes correctly, and every winter there were problems with frozen pipes. In addition, the floor was soft because of rotting joists and subflooring. Mike and his team took the room down to the joists and replaced all the plumbing and fixtures. They repositioned the tub and moved the pipes in so they could be better insulated, then replaced the rotted flooring and put in a beautiful pergo floor.
