Emergency call due to loss of heat on a cold day. Matt arrived within an hour and fixed the problem (power short inside unit), all within the price of the $129 emergency service call. Time from first call to fixed was less than 2 hours. Great service! Added to my favorites.

I made a call for service on our AC unit on a Sunday morning and left a voicemail. A service professional called back within 5 minutes, and was at our house within about 45 minutes. They replaced a faulty part and had our system up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend this company due to their promptness, friendly customer service, and professionalism.

In less than 24 hours from my AC breaking down, Tom was at my house troubleshooting the issues and providing me with fair quotes. I decided on a full HVAC replacement, and Tom ordered the new system, which was delivered in just a few days. Sean was the technician who replaced my HVAC system. I cant say enough good things about this young man. He was very hard working and professional. He made sure that my family had working AC before he finished work the first day. Tom was very responsive upon first contact and thereafter. I hired him to inspect my furnace, learned that my HVAC system was pretty much on its deathbed, and he was able to replace the system the next day. Since I had the time off from work, I took advantage of the opportunity to get this taken care of right away without first doing my due diligence to get estimates, compare prices, and evaluate quality of different brands. I felt Tom was leveling with me when he said he wasn’t the least expensive nor the most expensive. But for me, quality work and reliable service are more important than the cost (within reason), and I felt that’s what I was getting with Tom. He was thorough, explained everything he did, programmed my new thermostat for me, and phoned me the next day to make sure everything was functioning as expected. He invited me to contact him any time with questions, and I have no doubt he’lll be as responsive then as was from the beginning.
