The entire service process from start to finish was great. I submitted my request for quote and was immediately called back to schedule an appointment the next day. The technician (Rodney) showed up on time, identified the issue, walked me through different options, and quickly made the repairs. Everyone from start to finish was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely hire them again!

To whom it may concern,      I wanted to say how much I appreciate Davy and Seth coming out to inspect my furance. They were able to tell me exactly what is wrong with the system. How it was originally installed wrong, showed me the mold that is growing inside of the system. They removed a return vent jerry rigged filter that I did not know existed. They were extremely helpful and made sure that I understood all the problems that are wrong with the system. When i asked them if they could spray down with lysol before entering the home due to my grandfather's health issues they did it with out making a fuss, and did so everytime they reentered the house. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable.

I received a flyer in the mail for a home inspection at a very reduced price and I had it done. I am so glad I did! The gentleman I had come out, went above and beyond to explain everything that was wrong and I ended up having to have a new unit. Told me and showed me the reasons why and I am so glad I had it done. I was very pleased with the work they did, they cleaned up after themselves, the unit they put in has been working wonderfully, they followed up really well, and I feel like they are family now. I could not be happier!

Experienced contractor with great customer service and friendly attitude

I was extremely satisfied with Premium Home Services. After my heat stopped working, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out a new furnace, and offered great financing through Synchrony. The technicians that came to the house were prompt and professional, and even installed a new LCD smart thermostat that I had ordered from Amazon. This is an outstanding company that really goes out of their way to go the extra mile for the customer. I highly recommend.

Contractor was very pushy, workmanship was poor, price was double what other contractors would charge. Contract says he was supposed to clean and sanitize the ductwork but he did not. He said he was not going to clean it if he was going to replace the ductwork but he did not replace it. He left holes in my exterior walls that I could stick my fingers through then when I mentioned it he it by shooting it full of spray foam, and left the foam bubbling out on the siding. Work done will not pass inspection and two months later he has made no effort to make corrections. Project cost $40,000

We have used Premium Home Service about six months prior to requesting their service, again. This time, Premium Home Service provided same day service for HVAC repair. After an inspection, Tom recommended a couple of options. We chose to replace the unit. Tom promised the unit would be in place and operational by COB the next day. Sean and Mike arrived early the next day. They took out the old unit and installed the new unit. It snowed on them all afternoon. The snow did not dampen their spirits. By evening they cleaned up and buttoned up the system and the basement. 1. Premium Home Service is honest and fair priced company. 2. Tom, Sean and Mike did everything they told us they would do. 3. We are extremely pleased with their professional skills, their care in working around our house, their attention to detail on the project, and the care for the amount of "stuff" in the basement - which was not damaged by their efforts. 4. They explained what they were going to do and did it. 5. They explained the new system, set up and demonstrated the new thermostat operation and adjustments. 6. They cleaned up everything prior to departing for the day. We will not hesitate to call them again for any future issues. We highly recommend them
