All around great experience!! Employees are super professional and knowledgeable. I had a 28 year old system that needed replaced. They replaced it within a day! I was sold on the unit as well as the warranty and customer service they continue to offer once they replace the existing unit. Seth was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy when it came to getting a new unit. Excellent service. I would 10 out of 10 recommend everyone I know to use this company!!

You should avoid this company where possible. The tech diagnosed to replace capacitor which is like $15-50 as part while quoting me $992 to replace it.

I hired them for an annual check-up and was told I needed about $6000 worth of repairs. I hired another company who said the only problem was freon and had about $200 worth of charges to keep my a/c functioning appropriately.

Excellent team starting with pleasant and engaging customer service reps, no-pressure sales, reasonable quotes, excellent follow up, on time arrival and clean installation of a 5 ton AC attic installation. I highly recommend this team for a stress free experience.

My furnace stopped working during a cold spell. Brent was able to identify the problem and had our furnace working that same day.

Great experience

I hired Tom Noland about 22 yrs ago to put a heating and air conditioner system in my house in Nokesville. He did a great job back then. When I moved to Delaplane I contacted Tom and his company again to do some work on my house. I wanted a geothermal heating system in and they were willing to do it, but as Tom explained the new systems out there I would get a better deal going in a different direction. Sean and Matt and all the other guys who have come out to do the install of the new hvac system , hot water heater, pressure tank and generator have been great. They arrive on time they have gone the extra step to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Every guy here has been conscientious about making sure any dust or debris doesnâ t get on my carpets. The hvac system, pressure tank and hot water heater are in. The hvac system works so well that have the temperature raises seven degrees above where I had my other unit at, because it works so efficiently. I would hire them again if I needed some work done. The price is worth it.

Everyone was very professional, from Alexis and Brittany in the office to Seth, Matt, and Sean who worked on my system repair. They responded the same day I called, notifying me by text when they would arrive. Seth confirmed it was a bad fan motor and outlined multiple options with costs from just fixing the immediate problem to providing a full 5-year service plan and warranty including options that would make my system last longer and perform better. I was a bit shocked at the prices initially, even for the basic repair, but as I thought through everything to be done, I figured it was just on the high end of reasonable. I chose an upgraded system with a 4-yr contract. Unfortunately, my fan motor had to be special ordered, but Seth cleaned everything and set it all up for the next day. He cleaned up after himself and left the room neat. Matt and Sean arrived the next morning as scheduled. They reconfigured the ductwork, installed the new filter, and replaced the fan motor. The new ductwork looks better than the original. It's a very neat and clean installation. They explained everything clearly and cleaned up well. Overall, it was an excellent job and I am very happy with the results, the service, and professionalism of everyone involved. It's wasn't cheap, but I also believe you get what you pay for. (The only reason I rated it short of 5.) I have peace of mind and am very comfortable relying on Premium Home Services to take care of my system.

Everything they said they would do, they did extremely well and when they said they would have it done. Finding a contractor who actually does this and on schedule is rare these days. We greatly appreciate their work ethic.

Our technician Davy Kerns was phenomenal and truly honest. He even showed us the problem and gave us solutions. Very customer friendly and great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

Was not presented with understandable options. Paid a high end price for the lowest efficiency (not what I wanted) system in the market. Not given an itemized bill delineating the cost elements. Had to request written warranty terms, only verbal at time of install. Only used these folks because of high Home Advisor rating, which was definitely not my experience. The new system is quiet and seems to be working well. Would NOT recommend them to others, nor use them for anything else after 1-year service contract ends.

They were professional in all ways. They were quick to respond and I had a new air conditioner in just a couple of days. I was very happy with everyone involved. Thanks do much!

We had Davy come out to assess our HVAC system. He was open, honest and upfront with all the issues we were having. We had a few other companies come out to take a look and none of them gave us the same personalized experience as Davy did. He was willing to help us find the best system/products within our budget. He even came out later on in the evening to get all the information he needed to get us everything we needed in the fastest manner possible. The installation crew was thorough and did a fantastic job from arrival to cleanup/departure. Unbeknownst to us, we had a lack of air intake which would decrease the performance and life of the unit, the installation crew noted this and they are having some additional work done in order to remedy the issue. I can tell this company has integrity and honesty and we appreciate that.

The company contacted me the day of the appointment to schedule me earlier because of an opening. They called after to make sure everything went well. Service technician Rodney L. was the same way considerate, informative, flexible, knowledgeable. He demonstrated some of the very qualities this company is highly rated for in his work, showing us what he did, explaining the service required and issues in context, and was patient even while we tried to figure out what we would end up doing. That s especially important when considering a relatively large cost for a crucial component like the AC system. Rodney was personable and definitely treated us like he was there to help, not someone who is trying to sell options for their company. Rodney established trust with us early on. I would definitely recommend this company and Rodney to anyone.
