As soon as I submitted a request to have my water heater replaced, Tom responded. He was extremely professional and provided a reasonable quote. He was able to get to our rental property the same day that I submitted the request to check things out for himself. He was informative and let me know all that needed to be done and provided me with the cost for all of the work. If it weren’t for the condo association, Tom would’ve performed the work the next day, but had to wait until after the new year. Every step of the way he kept me posted and I appreciated that. If you need home services, I’d definitely contact Premium Home Services, specifically Tom, and you will not be disappointed.

Tom was great and very personable. He was on time every visit and his follow up was excellent. He even offered to work on New Years Day!

Called on a Saturday mid morning and by one Thomas was here. He got my heat up and running for the weekend but I needed a whole new hvac system. Monday morning Thomas was here and promised me he would have heat in the house by the time he left that day due to the fact my elderly in laws and my one yr. old granddaughter lived with me and we were getting snow the next day . He Knows exactly what he is doing , he explained everything in detail to me and answered every question I had . During the whole process he went above and beyond for my family very kind and friendly, I would highly recommend !!!!! Can't say enough about how pleased I am with the job he did.

Thomas is very knowledgeable about all phases of the work performed. Explained all to me to make sure i was aware of all options before making a decision. Three other contractors looked at my job. Thomas was my choice after only a few minutes into our meeting. Will use him for all future heating, electrical or plumbing needs. I highly recommend him.

Friendly, customer service. Presented options in very professional manner. Pleased with the new HVAC systems. Exceeded expectations to reseal ductwork and ensure safe environment.

Great service and turnaround time. He was able to fix an issue that was previously installed by an other contractor. He had to rewire the system and install a new thermostat. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again :)

TLC came out and fixed our broken A/C , sealed the floor around and below the unit and then installed foam insulation thruout the entire area

I had a leak that I thought was coming from a bathroom, but it was from the roof. He went up in the attic and took a picture of it and sent it to me, but also told me how I could fix it. He gave me his work cell number and said to call if I had any questions about fixing it...so he couldn't do it himself, but he was really nice and helpful.

TLC came out originally to give me a quote for just replacing my A/C and explained why it was a better idea to do the furnace at the same time (better fit, more efficient, units designed to work together). After I did some research on my own that verified what they were saying, I decided to hire them to replace two full HVAC systems in my home. They were not the cheapest quote I had but they also provided a better warranty than anyone else (5 years labor, 10 years parts), included 2 years of their maintenance agreement for HVAC, plumbing and electrical and, to me, were the most direct, honest and upfront company about all of their charges. Additionally, their full service plan (after the first two years) will save me over $500/year from my previous company. Customer service was great, the installers were highly professional, showed up on time and finished early. Excellent experience start to finish.

Mr. Russell was extremely professional. The work was done on time and I couldn't be happier with the results. Cleanup was very thorough. I would definitely recommend TLC Services to anyone.

They had a great financing plan, were prompt, courteous, and offered me an allergy filter which fits on the furnace/AC unit to protect the whole house; as this came with the deal, it to help defray the cost. The furnace/AC was a good quality. The salesman was superb in explaining the whole process, what needed to be done.

They did a good job.

Slightly more expensive but TLC made it worth it by doing a thorough and complete job to make sure it was done correctly and was very knowledgeable!
