The crew arrived at 7 a.m. as promised. Six men performed the job and the crew boss remained on the ground to supervise and answer any questions. They were gone by noon! The roof is beautiful and is guaranteed to withstand 120 mph winds. The men did a wonderful job of cleanup, even using magnets to be sure no nails were left on the ground or neighbors' areas.

The rep was attentive and helpful. The installation crew was polite, hard-working and thorough. Roofs are a big expense, but I definitely got my money's worth.

Peak Roofing did a great job for us. They were prompt, professional, and did quality work. I did not feel like they tried to run the bill up with unneeded repairs. We have already contracted with them to replace the siding next and then the windows. Can't go wrong with Peak Roofing!

We obtained multiple quotes, ranging from $18k to $40+k. The meeting with James from Peak was the first one whereas my BS meter didn't go into overload. We talked to a neighbor who has used the company several times, received rave reviews, and decided to accept the Peak proposal. They did everything they said they would; were timely, professional, cleaned up our property afterwards, and the roof looks great.

I contacted Peak Roofing to evaluate my roof for potential hail damage. One of their roofers, James Shipe, came and provided a written evaluation that specified that my roof did have hail related damage. I then asked him to meet my home insurance adjuster, which he did on 12/20. After that meeting, my home insurance agent told me that they agreed that the damage was not hail related. I then spent the next month repeatedly calling and emailing James and Peak Roofing in general to get an explanation. They simply have never contacted me back. After the receptionist mentioned James was on vacation, I left voicemails for management as well. Despite the assurances someone would get back to me promptly, and explanations to the receptionist that I simply wanted to understand why James' evaluation with my insurance agent was different than what he provided in writing previously, no one has had the decency to call me back and explain what happened to my roof. I originally assumed that my home insurer was simply resisting a legitimate hail claim. However, with the lack of response from Peak Roofing, I can only assume that this is an unethical business that attempts to defraud home insurers and quickly hides when they're caught in a lie. Funny thing is that had someone simply called with a reasonable explanation, they may have had the business of replacing my damaged roof anyway. Now I'll be using a different contractor. I suggest others start elsewhere and avoid the kind of wasted time and trouble I've experienced.

Everything went well. Gutters were delayed one day but it wasn't an issue.

Excellent work. This was the secon time we have used this company and have been satisfied both times. The first was a roof repair, and this second time was a new roof as a result of hail damage.

First, let me say that I called Peak Roofing based on both their high ratings and their work helping Habitat for Humanity. Peak supported building homes in Warrenton, VA. James was our salesman. He was at our home on the day as promised but running a little late. He called in advance to let us know and was within 15 minutes of our appointment. His communication was the start of continuous communications from the staff at Peak Roofing that always kept us up to date throughout the project. James explained what was needed and our options. No pressure to sign just good information. He said to expect a complete quote in the next day and I had it that evening. The quote was well documented and included extra sheathing due to the age of the roof. This was helpful because it kept unexpected add-ons to a minimum. All other bids would not add this into their bids so I had to add to other bids. In the end we used the extra sheathing, as we knew we would, so this worked out. Their bid was very competitive and lower than the others. Robin, our project coordinator, called me within the next week to schedule dates and explain the process. With the size of our job she scheduled an entire work week and explained what crews would be out on each day to complete their parts of the project. She also carefully confirmed all work, materials, colors and styles we had chosen so we wouldn’t have any surprises. On the first day of installation the crew was early and started on-time ripping the old roof off and starting the repairs of the sheathing. They replaced sections that needed repair. The demolition was large and lots of materials thrown off the roof. The spread tarps on the lawn to catch the debris and after demolition they cleaned up all materials. The week they did the work was extremely hot (104 on one day) yet the crew worked 10-12 hour days. They did request, and I approved, them starting at 6am to beat a little of the heat. I’m on a large lot and so bothering the neighbors was not a concern. Crews continued to come every day and completed each phase with quality, cleaned up and kept us informed. We receives calls or in person updates from Robin, the onsite supervisor, or the crew each day. When the completed the job I was contacted to ensure I was happy with the work and if any issues I had were resolved. The quoted price was within one percent of the final price so no add-ons that others typically don’t put in the bid even though you will certainly need them. Completely satisfied from start to finish and I would use them again or recommend to others.

Peak salesmen was very professional, emailed estimates, not basically made the sale, worked team was fast with 1 day installation and gutter team removed/replaced in a few hours, they cleaned up and were gone, excellent service.

They came out pretty quickly and got the work done in about 3 days total. The roof is great and we've had no issues with it. They use high quality materials and warranty their work for 10 years. The roof itself has a lifetime warranty on it. It's peace of mind knowing that even if we do have an issue later on, Peak will still be around to come out and fix it for us, unlike some of the "cowboys" who patrol the neighborhoods after a hail storm. The only thing I'd say (and it's probably not that unusual) is that the team who came out were not tremendously careful with our flower beds, tossing debris down and crushing some bushes. They covered the bushes but the weight of some of the debris did crush some stuff. But at the end of the day, these things are replaceable and some grow back. Buddy came by at the end to make sure I was 100% happy and even came back to get rid of some marks that had been put on the siding and tidy up a couple of things.

It went well. The estimate/salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. They knew we were getting other quotes and did not pressure us. They were very thorough-we had 3 roof areas (sections) they replaced.

Peak Roofing Contractors has absolutely unprofessional customer communications. We have been trying to offer them a job, with waiting, and waiting, and promises, and promises, with no response. The unfortunate thing for them, is that if they did a good job for us, we would have provided referrals to other family and friends that need work. I will not recommend this company to anyone, they will waste your time.

Peak employs the nicest and most professional people - from the initial sales person (James Shipe) who gave us the quote and explained everything so well, to the owner, Buddy Riggleman, who took personal interest in assuring the last finishing touchups were done to our satisfaction, to PJ, the foreman who oversaw the roofing crew, to Robin, who did the scheduling around our preferences. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. The price was by far the best of all the quotes we received and included better materials and more services. The clean up was excellent. They took great care to protect my flowerbeds and to clean up all nails at the end of each day and at the end of the job. We had just 2 minor items on our punch list which were rectified quickly, efficiently and cheerfully. In all, Peak was a pleasure to do business with and I recommend them highly,

They did an excellent job. Peak roofing went to great lengths to insure my property as well as my neighbors' properties were not damaged. They cleaned up every bit of debris from my property as well as from my neighbors' properties.

We first used Peak in 2014 when we noticed water dripping from the ceiling into our kitchen. It was a busy time of year but Peak responded quickly, and sent a roofer out to check the roof and make repairs. Because of the leak's location, it was difficult to tell exactly where it started. I liked that the roofer took a conservative approach, trying to repair the leak with an effective repair at a reasonable cost. The first repair helped but didn't fully resolve the leak. He returned and did a more comprehensive job on the roof, much more than had been indicated on the initial repair contract. There was no additional charge, even though more extensive work was required. We called Peak again about a leak in December 2015, at which point the roofer recommended we replace our roof. It was last done in 1990, so their recommendation made sense. We have found all contacts with this company to be positive.
