I was very happy to find this company! I love supporting hard working & honest small businesses! They do wonderful work and solved our issue. They were easy to work with. I would recommend them! Office staff was very helpful and professional.

I did not end up using them because a friend offered to come to VA to do it for me, however, I would have hired them in a second. They were polite, professional, and responsive, and the price was reasonable.

I would consider it to be an A+. They were up front about pricing, competitive with what the insurance company assessed the roof at. They did the work quickly and expertly and cleaned up the mess when they left.

I did not use their services because they would charge me $650 just to come out. I went with another company and ended buying a new roof and they are including the repair.

After missing the initial inspection/estimate appointment due to a miscommunication, Peak Roofing accepted complete responsibility for the missed appointment and more than made it up. They worked around my schedule for the makeup appointment and gave me a discount on the price to help make up for it. I asked them to inspect my nearly 20 year old roof and Mike told me that it looked still in pretty good condition and recommended that I could still get more life of it.

We have used Peak Roofing for all repairs for the pass three years. We have always received excellent service and professional work. Our last service was performed by James (Jimmy). James, like all the Peak technicians, was on time, professional, and focused on getting the repair made. I recommend Peak.

Peak Roofing managed a roof and gutter project for our rental property. Since we live out of the country, it was essential that we select a company that could manage the project and be our eyes. They did just that. When the gutter color selection seemed inappropriate, the crew on the job stopped work and they contacted me. I know many other companies would have shrugged and installed the wrong gutters. Peak roofing took the extra time and effort to make sure we were satisfied. In addition, they worked well with my renter. Thank you for an excellent job!

We were really satisfied with the roof. It looks nice and nothing leaks! They did a good job and did quality work. They even replaced a damaged board with no issues. They were very personable and even re-roofed our shed.

Overall, it went very well. One glitch was the delivery of the roofing materials. When the truck deployed its outriggers, the ground was very soft and they pushed a 2 X 2 square of lawn down five inches. I noted this to the foreman who immediately contracted with a lawn company to make the repair. Evidence of the mishap was gone within six months. Peak Roofing provided an estimate in a timely manner and came in at a good price; installers were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up the site when they were done. The only outstanding item is the hard copy of the warranty has not been provided.

The job was performed very well. The supplies were delivered the day before the work was performed. They were on time and worked fast. They removed the old roof and installed the new roof in a day. Everything was cleaned up. Also the sales person came out the next day and climbed up on the roof to check everything out.

Staff arrived early, worked hard, and cleaned up very well afterwards. Project supervisor kept me informed along the way.

Crew showed up at 8:30 AM and stayed til the job was complete. Cleaned up the yard of debris before leaving.

I assume it went well. They went 2 hrs. over the projected time to complete, but it wasn't a problem. The roof is on a 3 story townhome, so I can't say that I've seen the workmanship, but the rest of the project, promptness, professionalism, etc. went well.

Crew arrived on time and completed work within 12 hours, all in one day. Well done installation.

They were professional and cleaned up well and appeared to do a good job on the demo and installation from my vantage point.

It was all very straight forward, professional, and friendly. From the staff at Peak's office, to the estimator, the roofers, and the job foreman. I am very happy with the negotiated price because I obtained five other estimates -- some that weren't even close to Peak's estimate. The roofers ensured that I backed my car out of the garage so it wouldn't be "trapped" inside all day, once they began working and parked a refuse trailer in the driveway. The foreman, Brett Jenkins, is very friendly and did an outstanding job checking on the work. When the roofers inadvertently crushed the ends of two downspouts, Peak sent Brett back out to replace the downspout ends himself. No questions - no debates. My overall experience with Peak was great and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I've asked several times for shingles that need sealed and the siding is dentened that was replaced. They said they would be here the next day and it's been a week and nothing's been done. It's been lousy communication with them from the start. The put the materials on my front lawn all weekend when I was told it would be placed on my roof. It wasn't till Thursday that they moved it finally only after several phone calls.

The sales representive was outstanding and very helpful; no pressure. The crew was on time and did great work. Very happy.

From start to finish the job was very professional. The workers were courteous, on time and completed job as promised. I will use Peak Roofing again if needed and would recommend them.

They gave me quotes. The guy was fine. I was a little more impressed with another company, and so I went with them. Spending more time with the consumer, explaining everything. The company I went with did a thorough job reviewing the project, and talking about the various elements of the project. I would have them quote another project, should something like this comes around.
