Description of Work: As a perfectionist, I am very particular any work done for me. I was extremely pleased with the replacement of my roof (which is quite large). The time frame was as scheduled and the workers very conscientious about their job. Communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Description of Work: Peak was very punctual and professional in getting our roof replaced quickly. The site manager kept us in the loop in what was being done and if any repairs were needed, what was involved. I am amazed that the hours the crew put in, nearly 17, in getting our roof off then repaired, then back together all in one day.

Very responsive, considerate, fully explained process, were timely, performed work and completed the project when they said they would. New roof looks fantastic! Description of Work: Identified problem. Was a pipe leak, not roof.

Description of Work: I sent them an email request for an estimate. I never received a phone call or email response from them. I ended up going with another company that responded very quickly.

Description of Work: Replace a conventional shingle roof. Mistakenly installed by cutting out the peak a ridge vent which was not called for. There is no soffit venting. Also installed a poor quality attic fan which never worked. Upon call back to correct poor caulking and flashing, they returned only to correct the front of the chimney, ignoring the back. Overall nice people, poor work. they never returned the call to fix the rear chimney flashing. The company did 'blame' the foreman and there was apparently a language barrier between the foreman and workers.

Description of Work: I specifically asked provider if they repaired gutters or only replaced and was told that depending on the job they offered both. Mike came out and was professional and punctual, explained that my aluminum gutters were not meant to last the 10 years that they had and that all gutters, fascia board and fascia board wrap would need to be replaced. | |Received two other quotes from other companies who explained these gutters are "lifetime" and that only the seams needed filling and repair - everything else in great shape. | |The company really ought to REMOVE any language that states gutter repairs - they don't repair only replace.

Description of Work: The crew removed old shingles and installed new singles. They were careful when installing the new shingles under/over the existing leaf guard. I have flower beds every side of the house and because of that, the crew did not want to lay tarps which would have crushed the flowers. Because of that, nails from the old material inevitably landed in the garden and grass. The crew used their magnetic tool to harvest these nails and when I found more nails over the weekend, they came to my house and reran the magnetic tool the following 2 days to ensure that all were picked up. I really appreciated that extra effort.

Description of Work: Estimator arrived during a rain storm gave me an estimate and made a temporary repair until rain stopped and final repairs could be made. This saved me much in what would have been additional repair cost to inside of home due to water damage. Technician arrived just as was scheduled to make permanent repairs. He repaired leak in one of the valleys of my roof by locating the leak, removing shingles and installing a sealing product and installing new shingles in the valley. Everyone involved knew a great deal about roofing and very professional. I am very pleased with quality of the repair job. |Will use Peak Roofing when I have roof replaced in several years.

Description of Work: Replaced missing, broken, badly curled cedar shake shingles on roof. Jason was very efficient and careful to remove all debris from yard. Office Manager, Denise, was very customer service oriented. Owner, Bud, was very responsive. Great experience all the way around.
