Peak were a professional organization to deal with. They were punctual, performed appropriate follow-up, and performed very good site cleanup. Compared with other companies quoting for the job they were much clearer in defining the scope of work.

Very nice company to deal with - prompt, courteous and seem trustworthy... I am downgrading this review as now that winter has arrived again, so have the squirrels - right back in the same area they fixed. I made it very clear how this needed to keep squirrels out... perhaps they are not accustomed to dealing with this type of repair???

Buddy was great from the estimate to the finished job. He made such a good impression on both my wife and kids with his friendly demeanor I had to choose him over the other 2 bidders I was dealing with or I would have been in hot water!

I was really impressed with this company... with their responsiveness and professionalism. It was a real pleasure to work with them. I called about 8:30 in the morning and spoke with Dawn Smith, the owner, who was able to have someone out to give an estimate by 11 that same morning. Justin arrived just before 11, looked at our roof and said he could either reattach the existing fascia (which was a little dented and damaged) or come back that same afternoon to install a new piece (which he would have to get from their warehouse). He gave us a written estimate for both right on the spot. We agreed to replace the fascia. He came back around 3 pm, tore down the damaged piece and installed the new fascia. He was very courteous and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Also, while up on the roof, he checked the fascia on the other side to make sure it was installed properly and there was no storm damage. He really did a great job and gave us lots of peace of mind.

They came out. I thought they were very good. I felt like I was steered to one particular shingle instead of giving different options. Anyone that calls them for an estimate, make sure to get estimates on different makers of shingles from them.

The snow storms in early February 2010 left a lot of snow and ice on our roof and in our gutters. We we had checked and made sure the gutters and downspouts were draining and all seemed well. But after a week of snow on the roof, continued low temperatures, very little sunshine and more snow in the forecast, water began to leak behind the siding and into the windows. It was Presidents' Birthday weekend. We called several roofers on Sunday and left messages asking them to call us. Only one called back on Monday morning and they recommended Peak. The Peak Roofing team came within 4 hours of our phone call. They arrived on time and completed the job in little more than an hour. They were careful to toss the snow away from the house and cleaned up the steps and walks afterward. They also ran water through the down spouts front and back to confirm that they were clear.

My experience with them was very positive. They were really good about explaining the procedure and why it wasn?t working the way it was supposed to originally work. They gave us a quote and weren?t pushy. We did have another person come out and give us a quote, which was higher. They were using better materials than the other company. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

I barely met any of the workers (did everything by phone) but since I allowed access to the home without me being there, Peak came out and did all of the measurements...soon after they completed the work. I subsequently paid for the job and was extremely happy the whole experience was smooth and did not take a lot of my time. That said, I did spend a lot of time researching companies. However, once I chose Peak, everything seemed to progress so quickly and then the job was complete. I must also say that Dawn Smith and Peak Roofing operated with integrity, honesty, and they were extremely accomodating and eager to please the customer. This company gave excellent service and work. They were flexible and responsive to the customer. They were willing to work with the home owner to make corrections on the property. They did extra service that most other roofers would not do.
