James came out to do the estimate. He was very professional, and provided a detailed estimate of the work to be performed. He answered all of my questions, and was patient through the time period that i gathered three more estimates, two of which were from other, highly rated companies on Angie's List. The individual that performed the final estimate we received recommended a different type of product for a portion of our roof. I mentioned this to James, and he believed the approach he originally documented would be sufficient. I told him to do the work. A few days before the work was to begin, James called me to say that he had been reviewing the pictures some more with his boss, and they concluded that we did, indeed, need the alternate product suggested by the other company, and that they would do that, and for no additional charge. I was very impressed that they took the extra time, as professionals, to review our case further to give us the best possible service. When the time came for installation, they finished the entire job in a day. Our neighbor, who recently had his roof done by another company, was very impressed by both the speed and quality of Peak's work. Not only was the work superb, but they were the least expensive of the several top-rated companies that we received estimates from listed on Angie's List. We are very pleased.

Peak roofing did an excellent job. The roof woodwork had rotted underneath which required additional time and work to repair. Peak did all the work required at minimal added cost. They were able to coordinate their work with the work of another contractor working on another part of the portico. The work was done professionally, at a reasonable cost, and on time. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

They have a lack of professionalism. I am looking for different vendors looking for price and performance. I think it is reasonable to contact multiple and pick the best one. I don’t think they should be discouraged because of that. She should have responded back to me and she did not.

They were great. They were one of the few that gave me an estimate beforehand. They left me with a written quote. The estimate was free. It was a lot of money for just a little work but they were in-line with the other companies we called. It hasn't leaked since they fixed it.

David Eaton had come out and given us the original estimate. It was working with him that was the deciding factor in going with Peak Roofing (over four other companies). The work started and completed on the dates given. The roofers were in front of the house at 7:30 that morning. All were very professional and courteous. Prompt and courteous service from arranging the estimate to the completion of the job. They provided pictures of the repairs that were needed and maintained good communication though out the job. Very satisfied with the results.

Traced the source of two leaks in the roof. Provided a work plan and estimate to replace deteriorated roof flashing and replace a work exhaust vent. Although their estimate was towards the higher end of my ballpark range, I scheduled them to do the work because of prior quality reports on Angie's list. They completed the work as promised, and evidence so far suggests a job well done. Be warned that for me their next available date was two weeks after they arrived to do the estimate. I attribute that to the demand for their services by knowledgeable customers. I suggest engaging them for an estimate at the first sign of any roofing trouble.

I first contacted Peak Roofing to inspect a potential leak on a roof they did not install. While inspecting the roof I asked if they did smaller jobs such as a garage and shed. They said yes and provided the estimate on the spot which was very reasonable. We agreed to move forward and they quicly scheduled the work and completed it within a few weeks. I was very impressed with their approach, professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend Peak Roofing.

Went well overall. Took a few days for them to be able to come out, but they were up front about that when I called. They showed up on time (actually a little early) and called me before they arrived as I had requested. The gentlemen who came out took a quick look at the roof and said everything looked fine, other than the vent collar which he indicated had never been sealed. He went back up and sealed it, and showed me before and after pictures of the collar. Their normal minimum charge is $250, but since this only took a few minutes I was only charged $100.

They did a good job. They did what they said they’d do. They did it in the time they said that they would do it and they showed up on time. There were mistakes made which were caught before and there were two shingles to start with. I took a look at it and I told them that it’s not going to work, and it was right. There were no major mistakes but the bottom line is that they did a good job. They were there when they said they would come and in the time they said they would. They cleaned up really well. It was a discount job that they did but it was certainly done very well. So I have no complaints. I paid for the competent that I got. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

They showed up on time and were friendly and polite. They took pictures of the roof, told me I didn't need a new roof and that the one I had was in fine condition. I appreciated the honesty, I guess, except it turns out they were wrong. The reason I know this is because the roofing company I ended up going with spent a whole day removing rotted wood from under those shingles. It's true the shingles were in good condition but the roof was a leaky, rotted disaster underneath. So it's nice to be honest, but better to be right. Anyway, I asked for an estimate anyway because we wanted a new roof in the near future. They told me sure, it might take a week. Never heard from them again. I wouldn't have gone with them anyway, I needed someone who could really deal with an old house and a complicated roof. They weren't it.

They came out, told me what was wrong with the gutter that was incorrectly and partial installed by the other company. They gave me an itemized estimate which included the estimated time it would take for the repairs. They even showed me samples of the materials they recommended. I put my deposit down and scheduled the work. they arrived on time, actually a little early and began the work. The work was completed on time. I had a couple of questions and concerns with the work and the promptly came to address/correct all concerns and issues. Only when they were sure that I was completely satified did they ask to be paid the remainder of the bill. They did not bill me a second time and were patient in collecting the balance due them. They were vere polite the entire process. Their patience, professionalism, and politeness was a nice surprise.

Found Pete Roofing on Angie's List. Called and got appointment right away. Wiilie, the estimator and repairman, came on time.

Our insurance paid for it. It was fast and noisy, but that was to be expected. There were a few nail pops which they compenstated for. But I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

It's a Triple A company. The estimates were right on. The estimators actually went up on the roof, walked it, and took pictures because I wasn't going up there. It was excellent. They showed up on the day and the time they were supposed to. They were done about an hour and a half before their estimated completion time which included all the clean-up and hauling away of the old material and installation of an attic fan along with the roof. It was all just a beautiful sight. I would tell family and friends that Peak Roofing is probably the most honest roofing company they will ever find.

They repaired what the other company had done not very well three years ago. Water would gush out when it rained and come right over the gutter. They were very reliable and did what they did and fixed it. They were really good. There were three guys that came out. We got them from Angie's List. They are going to come back and do some work on our roof.

A hailstorm rolled through our neighborhood last fall, damaging a number of the cedar shingle roofs in our development. We filed a claim with our insurance company, and Rick from Peak walked us through the entire process. He arrived early on the day of the adjuster’s visit to highlight the damage and advocate for our claim. The adjuster agreed with his assessment and pushed the claim forward. When work on our house began a week or so later, Rick was on the jobsite throughout the day, stopping by and checking with the crew to make sure everything was going properly. He even helped the crew clean the site after the project was complete and voluntarily showed me a couple of gutters that had been dinged during the day and volunteered to replace them at no additional charge. The crew Peak sent out was incredible. They got here early, worked throughout the day and handled what I was sure would be a two-day job in just one. They were professional, polite and clearly committed to doing the job right the first time. All in all, this was one of the most pleasant and professional experiences I’ve had the pleasure to go through with a contractor in my 10 years of home-ownership. From step one, through the process and all the way to its completion, Peak was incredibly well represented by Rick Martin and the onsite crew. I think it’s a real testament to the company that they've got such great people working for them.

Everyone we dealt with at PEAK was exceptional, the receptionist who took our initial inquiry, the estimator and the individual who performed the job. They were personable and promptly showed up on time for all scheduled appointments. I received an honest assessment of what was needed and the cost estimated up front was the final cost I paid for the job upon completion. Based upon my experience with PEAK, I would recommend this company.

Extremely professional and high quality job. We had hail damage, and Kelly from Peak worked very hard with our insurance company (USAA) to complete an estimate of damage and replacement cost that matched his. In the end, USAA ageed to increase its estimate to equal Peak's. The roof replacement itself was finished in a day plus a part of the next morning. Our's is a complicated roof with gables and part mansard. They left the yard spotless, with no damage to the landscaping. The gutter replacement (by a Peak sub-contractor) also was beautifully done. They came back as soon as I called to re-do a portion that was rather complicated and not completely done to our satisfaction the first time around. The re-do was perfect. We had some minor leakage in a skylight a month after the job was completed. Peak was out within an hour of our phone call to reseal the skylight. No problems since.

They came on time and got the job done the same day. The did the whole thing while I was at work. Other than the new roof on our house, it was as if they were never there. They were very easy to deal with, both on the phone and in person. They responded quickly and professionally, and their bid was considerably lower than the competitor's. I especially appreciated that they gave us two options, either to repair the damaged shingles or to replace the roof, and they didn't try to push into anything.

Early in the project, they discovered my house was not wired like we originally thought so if they completed the job as I specified the cost would go up considerably plus the length of time would be extended. They notified me almost right away. The slight delay was because they wanted to have a solution to present to me that would keep the cost and time about the same. What a relief! Instead of a pocket door they were able to widen the entrace and install a new door. They moved the outlet and even installed an additional one for my convenience (nice touch!). As a plus, they painted the entire bathroom for me instead of just that area. They told me that it didn't take that much longer and they wanted to lessen my burden. Great group of people and I plan to have them do additional modifications over the next couple of years.

After calling another contractor recommended on Angie's List, and never receiving a call back, I called Peak Contracting and they came right out and gave us a very fair estimate and we set up an appt to repair our gutters and roof. They did have to cancel the appt. once because of equipment failure but once they came out they were prompt, courteous and very professional and did a great job and charged a very good price. I would highly recommend them.

The estimator showed up same day I called, I had a quote within about 3 days and we had the paperwork finished quickly after some discussions. The scheduler called within about a day, set July 2nd as the date On July 2nd, they appeared aboput 9:30 AM and started to work immediately. They cleaned up the work area and even hammered a few gutter nails in while up there. By about 1;30 they were done. Everything went very smoothly. .They had all the materials, only had to measure once and cut and bent siding very accurately. The chiment required access by a 32 foot ladder and a second shorter ladder for the back of the chimney. Cosmetically, it looked great! The sealing they did should be entirely adequate for the purpose. I am quite pleased with my results.

Peak gave us the best quote with the same quality of materials as other companies. They were responsive in answering any questions we had during the bidding process. They did not try to sell us anything besides what we asked for which was nice. They came on time and completed work in one day and cleaned up the trash created from the work very well.

I liked the way that they conducted themselves. They were very relaxed and there was no high-tech pressure sales. They were also very prompt and were there about 20 minutes early. He laid everything out on the table for us.
