Peak Roofing's, Bruce Jones came out to take a look at my roofing issue. Excellent experience, Bruce is very knowledgeable and patient, he was willing to take the time to explain the possible issues and fixes. On a side note, he has a great life story as well. Two thumbs up!

Excellent. Everyone was professional, appears to have done a great job, and they did a good job cleaning up after the fact. Price, especially with the $500 military rebate, was very competitive.

Peak Roofing and Ryan went above and beyond in every respect. When you wake up and find your dining room ceiling on the floor, you know it's going to be a bad day. Ryan from Peak Roofing immediately put in a temporary fix on the roof and in the attic above the dining room, coordinated the roof repair, drywall and painting repair, and was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage. As repairs were underway and the almost inevitable hidden damages showed up, Ryan coordinated directly with the insurance company to cover the additional costs. That "coordination" included substantial effort on his part including providing detailed drawings and line item costs. My experience with Peak Roofing was genuine "Super Service" in every respect. Highly recommended!

Installer showed up on time. Did an outstanding job not only of installing a new Gutter Guard system but of cleaning up after all work was complete. He was both courtesy & professional. Would highly recommend this company for any and all roofing work.

We had a wonderful experience with Peak Roofing, and especially the estimator, Bruce. Bruce was cordial, professional and responsive. Our roofing needs were the result of storm damage. Our insurance company, as is usually the case, pushed back on the roof replacement. Bruce was not deterred and worked tirelessly with us and the insurance company to get the best settlement possible. This included meeting two different adjustors on site and submitting a rebuttal to their findings. In the end, while the insurance company increased the settlement amount it was no where near the cost of the roof replacement so Bruce worked with us to find a less expensive option. We continue to consider our options but in the meantime we wanted to share how pleased we were with our experience with Peak Roofing.

Work was excellent. A crew of three arrived shortly after 9 AM, set up and started work within 20 minutes. They identified one section of facia that was deteriorated and replaced that section. Finished work in about 4 hours, did a good job of clean up of material on the ground around the house. Peak was very good in keeping in touch with the schedule and was flexible when the work needed to be reschedule due to weather and our schedule conflicts. Would recommend this without any reservation.

The team at Peak Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. They were well experienced, professional, performed high quality work, and completed the job in a day and half. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up. I would hire them again.

Estimation process went well. The wait for the repair was a bit longer than we had hoped, but reasonable. On a day when afternoon rain was predicted, they threw extra people at the job to get it done before the rain started. Nice!

From beginning to end, Peak was fantastic. Their quote was more comprehensive than any other roofing contractor I considered. While they were not the least expensive, their work was fantastic and their staff was courteous and helpful. Contractors arrived right on time and got the work done faster than expected. Having a foreman on site to answer questions and explain the process was a nice touch.

It went really well. The estimate was fast and once we signed contract, I was notified the date of install will be a little late after three weeks. However, they sent a technician immediately to the roof fixing existing leaks, with price included in contract. Roof install went smooth, I received their professional alert days before. Overall I have good experience with Peak Roofing.

Extremely well! The workers were professional, polite and efficient. They cleaned up very well after the job was finished. The company was wonderful to work with also.

The crew arrived promptly and proceeded to work all day long into the early evening. Donnie Miller and his crew of four installers were courteous, professional, and very hard working. They worked efficiently and well as a team. When an unanticipated shortage of supplies occurred around 7:00 PM, we agreed that they should come back the next morning to finish the last work on the porch overhang. As promised, Donnie and two workers came back and quickly finished the work the next AM.

We were very impressed with sales representative James Shipe and the whole Peak Team with the replacement of our roof. After a storm damaged our roof our insurance company only agreed to give us a small amount as reimbursement for the damage. James Shipe came out to our house a second time and took additional pictures of the damage and wrote up a report for us detailing the extensive damage done to our place by the storm. Our insurance company sent another adjuster and after talking with James they agreed to give us significantly more money for our claim. When the Peak team came out to replace our roof they did a great job with the removal of the old roof, replacement with the new roof and then the cleanup of the huge mess. Really was an all around professional job. I cannot recommend them enough for a roof replacement job.

Peak was responsive and quick. They explained the job and took care of us in great fashion. While I hope I won't need them again for the foreseeable future, I highly recommend them.

My townhouse needed a new roof after suffering wind damage from the March storm. We received several bids and Peak came in with a very competitive price. We were very surprised since they are a larger roofing company. Peak worked with us and were even able to move the installation date sooner, because of a cancellation. The products were delivered the day before and Diego Rodriguez from Peak arrived on time the day of. He went over the work to be done and addressed some concerns I had. He called when a few issues were found when they took the old shingles off and explained what needed to be fixed. The guys on Diego's crew worked all day until the job was completed. They were polite and professional and cleaned up the site when done. I would recommend Peak to anyone looking to put on a new roof and will use them again in the future.

It was one of the best experiences with a contractor ever. We had roof damage from a weekend windstorm. I left a note on the website and got a call back the next morning and got an appointment Monday. Very professional and everyone I dealt with from customer service to the roofer who did my repair were super helpful and top-notch.

Project went very well, job started and completed on schedule, great crew, did a good job cleaning up after the project was completed. Peak Roofing does a great job communicating with the customer! This was a large job and Peak did a great job putting a large crew on it so that it was done in a few days. Peak was also great at replacing any damaged/rotted plywood on the roof as I had asked them to do - almost 50 sheets were replaced.
